My apartment that I was living in developed mold due to a leak that was never properly treated to begin with. The apartment company sent out their unlicensed maintenance team to spray bleach on the wall and blow huge fans on the treated area, which caused me to become very sick.
Although I kept questioning their handling of the situation, they kept insisting that they had handled it fine. Well, after I started calling different licensed professionals, I learned that they had been doing just about everything wrong, and compromising my health and safety!

We had a horrible experience with remodeling our kitchen. We ended up with a tremendous amount of damage from water and mold. Between the original company that did the work , the people our insurance company found and two other companies we enlisted to help we must have had 20 different service people in and out of our home. Robert with On the Spot was the only one who showed up when he said he would did what he said he would and finished early! He treated my elderly mother in law and our home with respect.
