Inspection includes visual inspection, thermal imaging, relative humidity and temperature. The outside air sample serves as a control and will set the baseline or foundation for what is normal and acceptable, it is then compared to the inside sample (s) from the area.

Ginger Stanley is an expert in this industry. She was recommend by my realtor. She was able to get us on the schedule within a day of the call and we had the report within 2 days of her coming to do the mold inspection. Her pricing was fair at $450.00. Other companies wanted $1,200.00. I would use her again and again if I needed to. It was actually cool that we have the same last name, just not related. Thank you Ginger!

We have used Ginger and Mold Spec several times. She is always very professional and easy to talk to. She explained things to us in a way that was easy to understand in relation to different types of mold and how to treat and prevent them.
