Brad at H2H performed an inspection on a home we are purchasing. Brad was extremely thorough in the inspection which took just over 4 hours to complete. If you need mold testing. This is the place to go. Do not waste your time with the others. Richard Van Dort is the definition of professionalism. His credentials alone set him in an entire different category than others in same profession. Our experience with him was excellent. He came out to our home on short notice, on a Saturday, was prompt, thorough, professional and empathetic to our situation.
