While I didn't use this service, I have to share my experience with RJ and his teammate (who I can't remember his name I'm sorry). Long story short I lost my car key in Lake Huron on Saturday which happened to be my birthday. I called to see if they made keys or get me in my car. They immediately started to help me and gave me others to call since they couldn't get to us until later. They went above and beyond and treated me with such kindness and respect even though I had to stop multiple times because I was crying. If you need a company that cares about you these are the guys. We used Action Locksmith a couple of years ago to re-key and get extra copies made when we moved into our new warehouse facility in Waterford, MI. Called them again to our main office to have them repair the latch / locking mechanism on an exit door.
The repair was quick and RJ was friendly, professional, and efficient. The price was the price, but we're happy to pay it for professional work we can count on for people / companies who will actually show up to do the job.
One thing we've been experiencing lately here in 2021 is not getting ETA timeframes from contractors for service appointments

I have used their services before and they are very good at what they do. My only complaint is the cost. Pricing sure has gone up. I recommend you get a quote before they come out. That was my mistake. I was charged a drive out fee of $75 (Auburn Hills to Madison Heights) and then with a 30 to 40 minute job (Max) of changing one lock charged another $159.00. This did not include supplies. We will not use again.

Mark and RJ Came out to our Waterford Store in their packed Truck with all the supplies needed to get my retail store door assemblies taken care of. They were amazing from the first words out of their mouths to the second they left. I don't write a lot of reviews, but this is a tricky indicates with a lot of shysters. These guys are the A TEAM! I recommend them all the way!

Great service at a great price. Profesional, trustworthy, with the knowledge and tools to get any job done. I've used these guys from small jobs like opening cabinet locks to opening commercial safes and many jobs in between. Everyone I've recommended them to calls me back and raves about their work!

I highly recommend Mark! I met him for the first time today and to say he is an honest, kind-hearted, down to earth guy is an understatement. Mark knew I was in need of a cell phone, and out of the kindness of his own heart he gave me an excellent phone he no longer needed and wanted nothing in return, not even a penny, he only asked that I pay it forward! My wife called them and they gave us a same day appointment. They accommodated our schedule and gave us a late evening appointment. When the tech arrived, he was super courteous. He took pains to cover his boots before he entered the house. We needed our locks rekeyed and all the keys worked on the first try. The job was done quickly and cleanly and the price was very reasonable.
