Now a second-generation home builder, Tom and Mary Bickimer founded Bickimer Homes, Inc. in 1982. Bickimer family and staff-Thank you! I don't think there are enough words to show our appreciation. We've been here for a little over a year and have met quite a few families, meeting these families we've heard of lots of different complaints and issues. The latest complaint from a new neighbor "my plates don't fit in my cabinets", I just can't even imagine.

From Start to finish, we were very pleased with Bickimer Homes in buying a new home. They were courteous and responsive during a very difficult year for builders, given Covid and supply issues.We were especially appreciative for Rachael and Andre, who went above expectations repeatedly to make sure we new what was going on and what to expect next.

I represented our Buyers in the Construction and Purchase of a Bickimer Home. I do not typically provide many Reviews, but I want to share what an positive selling experience I had with Bickimer. I found their customer service to be exceptional....especially with the Project Manager, Brian Patenaude. Bickimer is very lucky to have him. I do not find that excellent of service with new builds.

Bickimer was fantastic to work with. We were attracted to them because of the quality and attention to detail in their model homes. I am happy to say that they built our home with the same high standards. They were extremely organized and ran a tight schedule. Once the foundation was poured, they let us know that they could finish our home one month earlier than originally scheduled and they hit the expedited schedule to the day. We requested a few changes along the way and they were quick and responsive. Overall I couldn't be happier. They built a beautiful home and made the process as stress

Recently built a home with Bickimer Homes team and was very pleased. Closed on the projected close date from out “pre-build” meeting. As expected with such a massive project, there were problems along the way, however they were either just fixed, or negotiated in a professional manner. We agree that we would build with Bickimer again, and would highly recommend them.

We had the best experience building with Bickimer. They were responsive to our questions. They made sure to get a clear picture of what we wanted exactly. The quality of our house is absolutely incredible. They set our closing date at our pre-construction meeting (July), and they stayed on schedule throughout the ENTIRE process. We closed on the date they set (April). They made the experience so enjoyable, I wish we could do it all over again! I would recommend Bickimer to anyone and everyone who wishes to build a house. And IF the day ever comes again, that we can build, I will for sure being
