I am so incredibly frustrated with this business. They promise lifetime warranty but we contacted them multiple times about a crack in our window. If had seriously taken YEARS for them to fix the window. After many calls to them they finally gave a date they would show up, but they never showed up on the date they promised. When I called to find out what their schedule is the receptionist said she would check with the repairman and either call me back or she would have him call me back. No one returned my call. I received more support from the after hours answering service than I did from

This place has a nice product, but provide lousy installers, that shouldn't be allowed to put siding on a dog house. They started installation on Dec. 18th and didn't finish up until the middle of March. They couldn't even show up on the date they requested to pick up their check. Now I'm finding malicious damage to my house. If I could give 0 stars I would, 1 star is to many. Save you self the hassle and look elsewhere.
