Services
The Parade of Homes returns to Kansas City this fall featuring 231 homes built by 88 home builders in eight counties across the Kansas City metropolitan area. Homes will range in price from $219,900 to more than $1.9 million. Homes will be open daily from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and admission is free.
The KCHBA's Government Affairs Committee, representatives and staff serve as the eyes, ears and voice of the housing industry at the local, state and national levels. They actively work to protect and promote homeownership in the Kansas State Legislature, the Missouri General Assembly and in county and city governments across the Kansas City metropolitan area.
The HBA's Political Action Committee, HBA PAC, enables members to strengthen their civic involvement by helping to elect pro-housing candidates at the local and state level. Voluntary contributions from HBA members strengthen the HBA PAC's participation and keeps the industry strong in the face of mounting challenges.
