Lone Star Homes and Chris called me back immediately and sent someone out that day! They assisted me in every way possible, financially, scheduling and especially with communication. Living out of town and managing a roof repair is hard, but these guys made the job easy and quick! Thank you for providing me excellent customer service with a great quality roof!! We had issues with him from the very beginning. I was given a quote, we agreed on the price and signed a contract. After sending him several pictures on numerous occasions of the leaks continuing to be a problem, he gave me two options. He said that I could buy all of the wood to create a steeper pitch, or he could continue to add layers until the leaks stopped. I was not going to spend more money than I already had. He canceled my 3 year contract after only 11 months claiming that I was disrespectful. All I did was ask him to do what he was paid to do. He then texted some insults, canceled my

I got several estimates and I looked at many places for reviews and I picked this company because they gave me what I thought was a good estimate and had great reviews. I was very wrong! DO NOT PICK THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR ROOF!
First I got a $6200 estimate for a new roof replacement. They tore off the roof and told me that I needed new decking. This was true, but how did they not know that the wood below was bad? Was this a first estimate for this company? Someone with any roofing knowledge would know this because I knew this because I walked on that roof weeks before and I am not a roofer!

When I first met Chris I was sold just on his courtesy and professionalism. He sat with meet and explained in full detail of what was going to be done to my roof. His employees were just as courteous and knowledgeable. The end result met my expectations and I was completely impressed with their workmanship. I would highly recommend Lone Star homes Roofing Systems. The best part was the price 30% cheaper than three other quotes I was given from different companies. I am very pleased with this company. The day we decided to file a claim we contacted LONE STAR HOMES ROOFING SYSTEMS based on the positive reviews and Chris Najera (owner) scheduled the estimate immediately (2 hours later). He showed up on time and gave us the estimate. He was very transparent and told us exactly what was wrong with our roof and explained to us how the damage occurs and why it is necessary to repair and replace. He explained the products and materials he uses and how they will be installed. I had recently had a baby the week prior and he expedited our roof repair and his crew finished
