Purchased a coupon off a groupon in January for an outside cleaning. Spoke with Matt multiple times and explain to him that we had a flood in our kitchen after a pipe had burst and I was unable to have the outside cleaned due to I had no outside spicket. Mind you I had to call repeatedly to see when they might make it up to Kokomo to do the outside cleaning. I also called after I bought the coupon from groupon to make sure that they were OK with doing the Kokomo area and theywere definitely on board. After speaking with him to day he has informed me that they are no longer doing power washing and
