I am so pleased with Natura and the service they provide. The employees are knowledgeable, nice and do a great job every time. Amanda was at my house today and went above and beyond to address my issues. She was so thorough!!!

The quarterly service they provide is very convenient. I don't have to schedule them, they let me know when they are coming and if I have something in the house that needs attention, I'll let them know.
Trevor is very thorough and communicative. I appreciate him taking the time to search out problem areas and mitigating any possible future issues.

Naturapest continues to charge my credit card and we are receiving zero service calls. I called to cancel my service. And, not only did i not receive any service for the $55 charge on my card, they doubled down with a $110 double charge a week later. So, three charges, no service, no calls, no emails. Zero follow-ups.
What am I paying for? Why did they charge me three times? I don't mind a charge, but charging absent service is very dishonorable. It's a subscription scam.

I have been using Natura for a couple years now to do pest control around my house. We switched from the big national T company and I'm really glad we did. Ironically they solicited at my front door which I usually hate. I noticed a review that called this out. This was the one time in my life that I am glad I was cold called at my door. They are cheaper then my previous company and do a more thorough and detailed job. The fact that they are more local and friendly always helps. I would recommend them to anyone who needs pest control around their home.

Just had Keith from Natura come by and service my ant problem. Great to have a very personable guy from a business standpoint. He let me know exactly what and why he was doing that type of service for my problem. He was on time and called me prior to coming out. Great experience with Keith and Natura. Superb service. First Keith W was here, my mom was satisfied with his service. We ask for him the 2nd time sure enough, 100% very satisfied. Very pleasant and accommodating . He was so friendly and knows what he is doing and very knowledgable with his work. I surely will ask him every time he comes to our house and hope he won't mind.

The uptick in heat has brought out the little bugs that freak me out. We wanted a natural solution for our property and natura delivered.
The gentleman that came to service our home was very professional and very friendly. I was really comfortable to allow him to spray inside and outside my home with out having to look over his shoulder.
An hour after the spraying was complete we noticed an immediate difference in the amount of pests, flies, and spiders that loved to hang out on my property.... They're all gone!

I'm so happy with Natura! They use natural ingredients so my grandchildren, pets, pollinators, and visiting wildlife are safe (all but the pests that are damaging my garden!). Weed service has been great as well. The service providers are friendly, respectful, and efficient. I highly recommend Natura!

I have only had one treatment so far but I am very impressed with the company service and professionalism of the employees.
Very knowledgeable and friendly. They took time to answer all my questions.

Alfonso was very professional. He explained all aspects of what he was doing and the expectations since this was our first time of the "treatment". I had a lot of questions and he answered most of them.
He seems to be very knowledgeable of his work.
His service was superb and very accommodating, cheerful and very approachable.
I am hoping that he will be our main guy that will always come and do the work. It is nice work with that pleasant attitude.

I called Natura on a friend's recommendation and I'm so glad I did!
I have always done the spraying around my house for bugs quarterly or more often on my own using something I buy at Home Depot. It worked, so I didn't see a need to hire a pest control company. Until I found mouse droppings. SO GROSS! Burn the house down, or call a professional were my options.
While they were here they accessed my crawl space to try to find any entry points, did a thorough inspection of the outside of my home, sprayed for bugs inside and outside my home, shop, shed, all seating areas and around

I hate ants. I'm not all that excited about spiders. And those mean winged stingy things - aka yellow jackets aka hornets, wasps - whatever. I HATE THEM.
We don't have any of these anymore, because we have Natura. We signed up for a seasonal (4X per year) service over a year ago.
Let me also say they hire the best technicians. They are always kind, helpful, attentive, and communicate with us very well. I think they raid the local Boy Scout Troop to get these guys.

Tevin was here earlier today. He alerted us to a gas leak - at least the smell - that we had not noticed before
