Joe is a class act. He is polite, professional, reliable and highly skilled in his craft. His pricing is fair and he isn't out to make a quick buck on his customers like most of the others in the Central Valley. He takes his time and does the job right unlike the big companies who come wave the magic spray for 2 minutes and collect a check. He spends 25 mins minimum doing things correctly. He has our business as long as we are in Modesto.

I am so pleased I went with Rizon!!! We just began services and theres already an incredible amount of a diffrence I really didnt think the first visit would make such an impact!!! Rizon Pest Control was highly recommended to me when I purchased my home in the Central Valley several months ago. On the first visit Joe introduced himself (with mask and keeping his distance). He explained the services he offers and what he would be doing in detail. Joe has been more than amazing such professionalism and kindness truly he’s here for the customers! When we moved into our home our home had been vacant for a while so many critters had made there way around the house spider roaches pincher bugs wasps and many many black widows in our backyard we even found one in our garage I have 2 little ones so I was terrified! I had a big pest problem after moving into my new rental and Rizon got rid of it after the first service. Always on time always professional service and very knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend them. After calling around to a bunch of other companies who quoted me ridiculous prices I decided to go with Rizon. Joe is wonderful and honest. He isn't out to make a quick buck on his customers and genuinely believes in customer service and professionalism. Originally called him to diagnose and handle a possible rodent/wildlife issue which he went above and beyond for, that also contracted with him for bi-monthly pest control on an ongoing basis. Post-service reports/invoices are sent usually same day via email and paying online is super easy too - no waiting for an invoice in the mail then having to mail a check out. Extremely fair pricing too! 10 out of 10, would definitely recommend to anyone without hesitation

The true meaning of above and beyond! I called 3 other companies to come out and help with a horrible rodent issue here in my home and he was the only one to stick by me and my family to really help get rid of the pest. I am glad we found Joe and his team! He was very professional and authentic. He went above and beyond great customer service. He not only took care of the critters we called him about but he sprayed ant holes and dewebbed our home. He came inside the house with shoe cover(bonus points for us) and explained, in detail, what to expect in the next 2 weeks before he comes back for a follow up. He is very thorough and we are glad to be working with him!!!!
