We can not wait to get out of our year long contract with this company. The service is not what we expected. The office staff doesn’t ever know what is going on and never returns your call. Our home has more pest now then when we first started our service earlier this year. After talking to other pest control companies about our concerns with the pest increase they suggested that it may be the chemical isn’t of good quality. My recommendation is to go with another company if you wish to receive good customer service !

Don’t go to this company. They lie about showing up to your house and lie about everything they do for service. They charge you for dates they “come” to spray and add dates so they can charge you more. Talk to the ladies over the phone and have been told different things by every single person. Save your time and money and don’t do business with them.

The technician was knowledgeable about the pests id called about. He was considerate of my budget restrictions and gave me good advice about taking care of the problem on my own. I appreciated not being pressured into a contract that i couldnt manage.
My ex used their service for several years and they were efficient and successful at ridding his trailer at various time, of roaches, ants and even mice.
I'll call them again when i have a better budget.

Everything was great while Nick was our service tech, but as soon as someone else was assigned our route it went downhill FAST. The service techs don't show up , they spray the wrong house, they don't let you know when they are coming so if you're gone they do nothing. I called to complain about why I was being charged for services I never received and was met with an attitude, argument and hung up on by Jackie.
