I went in with a budget amount that I could afford and a type of SUV that I wanted. UNLIKE other dealerships I've been to before that just try to pressure you to buy any vehicle just so they can get a sale and commission, Shawndel Gordon patiently worked with me and showed me different vehicles in my price range until we found one that I loved and could afford. I had the best experience at Jordan automotive group! Shawndel Gordon was our salesman, and he went above and beyond every step of the way. We didn’t feel hassled or pressured, and he was very conscious of our budget when showing us different pre-owned vehicles. Even after we bought our car, I texted him a question at 10pm one night, expecting him to get back to me the next day, and he called me about a minute later! I worked with Mike prior to traveling across the country to buy a car. When I got there the car was in the condition I expected it to be in, financing was easy although I was already pre-approved through my bank. The finance guy I worked with, Paul, answered my questions and did a good job of explaining everything I needed to know. The dealer was easy to work with and I had a good experience. If you are considering buying a car with them you will be just fine. I have not worked with the service departments so I can’t comment on those.

Yelp is the most honest online review forum because all others are usually 4 -5 stars for everyone which is why I wanted to post on here. This place is the real deal. Trying to trust a car dealership is like trusting a stranger with your newborn but this place is the real deal. Hugh sold me a used 2007 Honda Fit at his used bargain showroom and I felt like I was buying a Bentley. I had to drive from Chicago for a trade-in and everything he told me about the car was as good or better than expected. He even forewarned me about an issue that needed to be fixed but my mechanic said it works fine

With winter knocking I knew I need to get my car that was paid off in for repairs due to a coolant leek. I had no idea that the mechanic wanted that much money! So I reached out to Kara at Jordan and she pulled a few cars for me to look at. Shawndel greeted me at the door and made sure I was happy with what Kara had pulled! We just purchased our second car from Jordan. In both cases we dealt wit Shawndel Gordon. We were happy with our first experience, so went back for the 2nd. Shawndel does an absolutely great job of dealing with people. In my many years I have dealt with a lot of salesmen and without a doubt, Shawndel is at the top of the list. Just like Jordan Toyota, Jordan Ford is the best dealership around. Their staff is friendly, not pushy and exceedingly knowledgeable about their cars, trucks and SUVs. TK is the guy you want to work with, he has helped me into my last three leases and has been nothing but helpful and honest the whole way. My entire family buys or leases their cars from Jordan. I have purchased several cars from Jordan over the years and have sent friends there too. About 2 years ago I had to go to a different salesperson because mine had retired. I didn't care for him at all. Everything else at Jordan went smoothly, just not the salesperson. And it really questioned whether I would go back or not. I recently bought a car from the Jordan Budget lot. I have always been turned off by the big car dealers as they are usually high pressure. I needed a car though and Jordan had one that fit my needs. The car I bought was fine, had a few issues that I knew going in. I am very happy with the car. The big thing for me though was how I was treated. I dealt with Angie Thibodeaux and she was fantastic. Had a AMAZING experience at Jordan's buying my Kia- had two salesmen and they both went above and beyond to make sure that everything was right and above my expectations- two weeks after the sale was done a mistake was found that was from the finance guy that is no longer there that lowered my payment $40.00 every month- and they called me and had me resign a contract and get my payment lowered!!! They could have EASILY said nothing and no one would have been the wiser.... and I'm not a easy person to work with to begin with so they didn't want to wake a sleeping bear ( aka ME!

So we recently had a chip issue and needed a software update on our Ford Flex. It was due for a 60k checkup, so we took it to Jordan Ford. Jordan did the chip fix and the software update for a fair price, however they also dug up 5000.00 worth of issues that needed to be fixed.
The control arms, bushing and ball joints were in fact bad and needed replaced...they quoted 1700.00 and I got the service done with a brake job in addition for 1100.00.
They claimed the struts needed replaced, they had been replaced less than 12 months prior and had less than 12,000 miles on them...shocks had been replaced
