I was traveling and towing a sensitive load in a trailer. I was losing voltage on my battery and when I first called they told me they could not give me an appointment for three weeks. They were kind enough to take me in and give me a charge, and they also figured out the problem which was something very simple. In the end they were extremely honest dealing with me. They could have hit me for a large bill for a new alternator, but just found a burned cable, replaced it, and I was back on the road again in several hours. I can’t say enough for the decency and honesty of these people.

Great staff and super friendly! As soon as we pulled up we were greeted by one of the salesmen. We ended up working with Karina (who was new) We were her first sale and she did an amazing job! She explained everything throughly and made sure we understood all the paperwork. Answered all our questions and addressed any concerns we had. I HIGHLEY recommend going to see Karina if you are in the market for a new car!

Yes I took my car here to Chrysler and Mishawaka to get a oil change after the oil change I've noticed my engine light start coming on and a signal start showing that I needed to stop it was a lot going on and so they did offer for me to bring it back up there and no charge and they looked over it now it's something about a sensor the reason why that's happening but I'm still driving my car I'm very skeptical about driving my car I have two little ones and I don't need nothing happening to my car wasn't nothing wrong with the oil change when we had it done in Texas now I have to take it back for

(J) Got me right in. So personable and friendly. He even washed my vehicle when service work was finished—Top notch!
*2 Reasons for 4/5: I verbalized that I was not happy about the “bait service” coupons… “We only have full synthetic oil, not blends, so those coupons don’t apply”. (What??!!) I realize this is NOT the Service Department’s fault—but Marketing needs to get it together!!
Also had my (Backup) keyless fob looked at after having purchasing 3 batteries before bringing it in & was told I’d “have to purchase another battery from Michiana, before they’d verify it

Service department has become an overall joke. Service advisors are out of their element.

My vehicle arrived to Michiana on 12/3 due to it shutting off & not starting. The receptionist advised they wouldn’t be able to run a diagnostic test until 01/04/22. The technicians were able to get it looked at earlier, explained the issues (spark plugs, oil change, missing humidity sensor) and quoted me $1100. Michiana called back to alert me of a different issue (the power control module) causing the vehicle to stall. Jim & I go back and forth regarding the initial quote because he replaced the license plate bulbs without my permission. The updated quote is now roughly $2200. Michiana calls

The salesman was friendly & courteous. He asked WHAT I was interested in . He did not try to push vehicles that I was not interested in nor a price I didn't feel comfortable with. He worked with me instead of against me. I had ordered some running boards for the truck , so I picked it up a few days later. The truck was ready, nice and clean, the vehicle was washed & polished ready to go.
