Mark and his staff take the fear and dread out of finding a new car. The environment is welcoming with no stress. The vehicles are hand picked, clean, and reliable. The service crew does a terrific job of taking care of any maintenance issues I may have. Buying from AIS and having my car serviced by AIS is an absolute no brainer! Amazing team at AIS!!! Mark was great to work with and getting our vehicle scheduled for maintenance. We added in oil change at the last minute, and he was able to work it into our time frame. I take both of my cars to AIS. This time I took my wife’s mini for maintenance(break fluid flush). While the car was getting serviced, I remembered about the broken brackets on the interior trunk lid, which made the lid keep l
falling off. No one sells the brackets only. I’d have to get a whole new lid for a whole lot of money. Well, I told them about it and they found a way to fix it for me. Recently had some work done on my 2018 WRX. Jeff the service manager was absolutely fantastic to work with. He clearly outlined the work that was going to be performed and stated to cost which was very reasonable. Caleb the service technician did an awesome job completing the repair for me. I really appreciate the thoroughness and him explaining exactly what was done. While I waited For repair to be completed I even had an opportunity to talk to Mark the sales manager about my future car purchase.. All in all a very great experience and would highly recommend Auto Import Specialist for your repair

Auto Import Specialist owners/associates are friendly, professional and responsive to customer needs. Traveling from out of state, our Range Rover was disabled, leaving my wife and I without transportation. Mark and the mechanics at AIS were extremely helpful in finding the parts we needed, along with working with our insurance provider to get us back on the road. Exceptional customer and workmanship. The technicians are very knowledgeable and trust worthy! They will work on domestic vehicles as well. I took my Ford Edge in to get the power steering looked at and they were reasonable. Jordan, Jesse, Jeff, and Mark are awesome people! They are worth the drive for me! I will definitely be taking my car back for regular maintenance as well! If you're looking for a dependable place to take you vehicle this is the place!!!
