We use manufacturer recommended cleaning method and a powerful truck mounted unit to fully flush out the carpets. You wouldn't think it, but upholstery furniture can actually trap germs and bacteria, the EPA recommend at least every 2 years for a professional cleaning. Area Rug cleaning is a delicate process with all the different fibers used today.
We use a powerful truck mounted unit that fully flushes out the fibers with hot water. We use GREEN cleaning products with a FRESH WATER RINSE so you don't have to worry about harsh products being used in your home or business. We also use a rotary cleaner that does over 700 cleaning passes per minute for those heavily soiled carpets.

Brent deserves every single one of his 5 star reviews. We've been relying on him for years to revive our nasty dog-stained, kid-spilled carpets back to life. And he is an absolute miracle worker. Every time I think that's it - we're going to have to get new carpet, I call him and he works absolute magic on them.

I used Brent's services a few times in the past and was really pleased with his work and professionalism. I was unable to contact him this last spring so I used another company that was very highly rated here, but was pretty disappointed in their work. Connected with One Stop Cleaning again (yay!) and Brent just did the carpets and rugs in our home, as well as in a rental we own. He truly is the best at this and is so professional in his work. Brent is always on time and does a wonderful job! This is my second time using him and I will definitely be using him for good! Brent was a nice enough guy and protected the house well to get his equipment in and out. I was a bit disappointed he could not get a tiny paint spot out of our carpet, I thought that is what a professional carpet cleaner is for. He said he worked on it, but honestly am not sure what he tried as it looks exactly the same. I let that go, because paint is paint, and not his fault. But one of our rooms that had basically perfect condition carpet, now has pink dots all over it like someone dropped a pink highlighter. Those spots were not there before, and we had this carpet installed five years ago

Wow!!! How things have changed! I'm very disappointed with One Stop. Someone was suppose to come out today between 9:30-11:30 and it is now 12:35! I have called twice and left messages with the receptionists who couldn't get through to the owner. I understand things happen and running late but to not call or return calls is unacceptable! We run a business and would never keep customers hanging. Very frustrated!

Brent has cleaned our carpets twice now and we have been very pleased. I love that he uses "green" products and the house doesn't smell chemical and gross after he's done. He is super friendly and prompt, and just did a lot of little nice touches that made the whole experience nicer. I decided to call Go Green after we had experienced some pet and deodorizer odors in a home we just rented. What I really liked about Go Green after researching others was the fact that they use green products and do a fresh water flush after cleaning to remove the products! I saw the bad reviews about their call service and was hesitant to call Go Green, but based on my friend's recommendation I went ahead and did it. I got an immediate call back & scheduled a cleaning for two days later. On the scheduled day, I did NOT have to wait at home for hours because the carpet cleaner ("Joe") called my cell 20 minutes before arriving; I was able to leave work and meet him at my home. He was professional, efficient, friendly, and (most importantly) did a great job on the carpets. I was also happy with the price.

OK so they have never cleaned my carpets but I made an appointment which was like having teeth pulled ~ it took forever the call quality was terrible! clicking noises, cutting out and a call center rep that was obviously not listening to my questions. the quoted price of over $150 to do my living room is beyond ridiculous!!! so now I am calling back to cancel and was told I needed to speak to a second representative ~ I have been on hold so far for over 7 1/2 minutes! about to hand up ~ go ahead show up at my house ~ I WON'T LET YOU IN AND I AM CERTAINLY NOT GOING TO PAY YOU!
