The Ortega family - Manny Ortega Jr. and his father before him - has been serving Albuquerque's appliance repair needs since 1975 - and we are proud to celebrate more than 40 years of service to our community.
Manny founded Ortega's Appliance Service in 1993. He later purchased GO Appliance from his dad in 1998 and at that time created "Ortega's Appliance Service, Inc.". Manny grew up learning the appliance repair business from his father. He not only learned the business from his parents but also the value of a strong ethical foundation in all areas of life.
At Ortega's Appliance Service, we rely on technology to enhance the customer experience. Our expert repair technicians use laptops in the field, so they can look up parts and service pointers, access tech tips, order parts, and schedule appointments. Lee did a very good job assessing the problem and answering my questions. He was able to put a temporary fix, so I can wash built up laundry until he installs the ordered part. My refrigerator kept turning itself off and Ortegas' took time to research the issue and look at my refrigerator two times before coming to the conclusion that all my boards needed to be replaced.

I bought a newly remodeled home with a brand new stackable washer/dryer. When you try to run a cycle, it shakes, rattles, and rolls all the way across the room. After trying twice to try to level it ourselves and fearing damage to the machine as well as the home, I decided to call the pros.
I had heard great things about Ortega's so I hopped on… their website and was pleased to see an online scheduling option. Stan from Ortega’s Appl Service was exceptionally thorough in his diagnostic skills. He was prompt, professional and I appreciated his attention to detail trying to fix my Kitchenaid Whirlpool poorly designed French door refrigerator. I do not recommend one at all. .. but I sure do recommend Ortega’s Appliance Repair!👌🏻

Jay did a great job.
He knows what he’s doing. He gets right to it. He’s very polite. Isn’t noisy and completes his work in a reasonable amount of time.
