My experience with the business has been excellent. They are an authorized service center for many major brands. I first sought their services to repair a piece of electronics I purchased from Amazon that was, I thought, still under warranty. The manufacturer refused to honor the warranty because I did not purchase it at a brick-and-mortar store. Crown managed to replace it with a newer model at no additional cost. I did not know that they also repaired appliances until someone recommended them to me. Because another appliance service was unable to repair an ailing appliance, but still charged

Crown TV & Electronics is a business establishment that is ran in a manner that you do not see very often today. From the very first time that I spoke to Robyn over the telephone I was made welcome as well as made to feel that my business was appreciated.
I ended up taking my television in for repairs and the level of customer service was amazing. The business model that is practiced at this location is how every business should be operated. I will be taking everything that I need repaired there even though it is a 2-hour drive for me.

Jonathon did a great job repairing our dryer. We had another company come previously that could not repair it and concluded it was simply a noisy dryer. We knew this couldn't be true. So we called Crown Electronics and we're very happy we did! Jonathon was very polite and thorough. We'd be happy to use this company again in the future..

My 6 month old Samsung TV decided it would not come on anymore.
Samsung suggested Crown TV as their local authorized repair shop. They did a great job. I took it in and it was repaired in a reasonable time ,in a safe COVID free manor. I was able to picket it up ,contact free.
A professional , well organized shop....... I highly recommend them.

First off, I am a stay at home mom with a fussy toddler. Johnathan contacted us that he was on his way in the middle of nap time. I was so grateful to him for changing our time an hour later to accommodate my baby. I know all mothers will appreciate this note. He explained to me how our microwave broke so that we could prevent the same thing from happening in the future and was so very considerate. During this covid era, I appreciated that he wore his mask without fuss. I recommend this company in the future.

The Crown TV appliance technician (Jonathon) is a superb appliance repair tech. He explained the problems with both of my dryers and what parts were needed. When parts were received he explained in layman terms his technical approach to repairing the dryers for our information. He notified me in advance when he as coming over and he was always on time. Jonathon is very courteous, friendly, and very diligent in performing the repairs. Jonathon displayed his expertise in performing his job. In my opinion, Jonathon's persona, expertise, and diligence reflects well on Crown TV. I will definitely use

Every second of our experience with Crown was great. Liam worked with us to find the source of our problem via phone, got us set up with an appointment quickly, and was friendly and professional. Jonathan came out to assess the exact issue and was incredibly efficient. After the part we needed was ordered and had come in Jonathan was at our door the next day to install it and make sure everything was in working order. Again he works at a great pace and is very respectful and kind. Even took the time to patiently get acquainted with our kind of shy/awkward dog. So grateful that our fridge is back

Had Kim here to fix our TV, he was prompt, very professional and friendly, he fixed our TV and clean up right after that. He even gave me some advise on options on our TV that I didn't know.
I highly recommend them for any TV or appliances repair. They wouldn't be around for 70 years if they weren't doing somthibg right.

Crown came out and replaced the main-board on my Mitsubishi WD-73837 DLP Big Screen TV, and that totally fixed my TV. Since it came out of the box it had trouble finding HDMI devices and would show no picture when plugged into my 3d kit module. They also picked up my Pioneer VSX-1020, while he was at my house, because it was shutting off and the HDMI's were not working, and fixed it under warranty. They are 100 miles away from me and they dropped off my receiver to my house 2 days after it was fixed (Firm Ware update was all she needed). Thanks for going out of your way for me! You guys will
