These people are dishonest from the jump. They send alternate vendors without telling you. A dangerous man showed up to my house, berated my machine, and acted completely unprofessional. When I asked him to leave before he completed any repairs, he became irate. He then stole $90 from me because he was angry that he was booted. When I called A Better Deal for an explanation of the tech’s behavior, they advised that they dispatched another company and had no ability to process a refund. Liars and thieves! Run far and fast from these people.

I contacted Rapid Appliance Repair of Abq to fix my washing machine. The tech arrived and immediately began saying that my machine was garbage. After this continued, I finally asked him to leave as I did not have faith that he could or wanted to make repairs. He then demanded payment in order to get out of my house. When I saw the invoice, the company name was A Better Deal Appliance and Repair, not the company I called for service. The man charged me and left. New to Albuquerque had issues with our refrigerator not cooling called them and they sent someone out. The repair person told us there was nothing wrong with our refrigerator just needed to blow out some dust and charged us $86 for the visit. The refrigerator started to not temp again after we completed the only thing we were told needed to be done. Called back and let them know....they said ok we'll tell the repair tech. Never heard back and now my refrigerator has been at 60° for so long I had to throw out all of my food and will have to buy a new one. Absolutely amazing how bad they are at

I called them for my refrigerator as the freezer side was doing crazy things. They where very helpful over the phone, they came out today 8/10/2019, the tech that came out was very professional and knew what he was doing. He was very thorough.
We are pretty sure we got the problem fixed, but he knows what it is if this is not the fix and we now what we need to do if this does not fix it.
I would recommend them to anyone. They have good pricing and are very pleasant to work with.

Great customer service and fast to follow up. I had called other listings to be put on hold or have messages not returned. They were friendly and competitive with their pricing. Stellar service and I am a very satisfied customer! The repair cost me $220.00...Saving me hundreds of dollars compared to the other places that wanted $800 to $1200.

A++ customer service, I would give 10 starts if I could, I am a single mother of 3 on a fixed income and woke up to this horrible smell in my kitchen, and it was my dishwasher, called Appliance repair and spoke with Steve, he came out immediately and I was up and running in no time, extremely honest and saved me money on the parts rather than trying to scam me, he even called a few days later to make sure all was in working order, will definitely keep in my contacts and highly recommend!!!!
