In this first group of photos, the master bedroom and bath in this 26 year old home was in need of a major updating. We removed the gigantic cultured marble tub and custom designed back lighting for the hand selected book matched onyx slabs as a backdrop for the gorgeous copper tub highlighted with the updated crystal chandelier.
Lee: Chris and I would like to personally THANK YOU for taking us through a very exciting journey in building our new home. We had a lengthy list of specific desires and wants, without any real knowledge of how to make our dream home come to life. You helped us realize our dream through your expert planning, attention to detail, design and craftsmanship - it is all second to none!

Lee was my contractor and confidant for a major renovation of my home. It was a significant renovation which involved tearing out my entire kitchen and both bathrooms, moving walls, taking out a fireplace and replacing it with sliding glass doors, enlarging in the front door, and adding a lot of new light openings and light fixtures.
Her execution, communication, and vision were flawless and I couldn’t be more pleased with my home which now frankly a showpiece.

Lee Martin at d"Lee Properties built our new custom home which we have now been in for 18 months. Lee worked with us from conception to design to build. During the build, we were very impressed with the quality of her sub-contractors and their level of skill and pride in their work. Lee coached us through the build, helped us with ideas and made sure our home was built with quality throughout. After the build, she was very responsive to any issues, touch-ups and questions. Lee is a great builder and easy to work with. She teams up with a great architect, and subs she has worked with for decades. We moved in one of her spec homes years ago; and when we decided to build our dream home, she was the right choice.
