I purchased a DARL Home in September, prior to closing it was agreed that certain issues would be fixed and to date only a few easy items have been fixed, After several months of messaging and calling Ricky who is part owner and super intendant I have had little resolved, most messages go unanswered and the solutions to problems are handled in the cheapest possible manner devaluing the property, there are cracks going through the garage floor due to a drop on the downslope side of the house, this house was built with just footings and no piers so a retaining wall would be needed to keep the dirt
