Brookson did a great job building the home! I have been involved in 5 new home builds and Brookson by far took more care to ensure the details of the interior of the home met our desires way more than the others. Also, the trane HVAC system was a fantastic improvement! Those are the only reasons I rate this builder as a 2 though and not lower. The lack of responsiveness to warranty claims has been incredibly discouraging and the worse experience I’ve ever had. The exterior landscaping was horribly designed and never rectified even though we were promised it would be at closing. I’ve had to

I have had the opportunity to work with 3 sets of clients and help them purchase new homes with Brookson. Brooksonbuilders have been a joy to work with. While my wife and I constantly contemplated what we wanted in our new home, they worked with us all the way. Without pressuring or demanding us to make choices or causing us stress during one of life’s key golds, building our retirement home. Never forcing or pushing us as we decided what we wanted, but advising and making the entire journey from start to Closing and afterwards a joy. So, glade we had them as our builder. It’s the little things that will seem an impossibility, not with Brooksonbuilders.

India made this experience amazing for us. She is friendly, efficient and while she is professional, she’s very down to earth too. We absolutely love our Brookson home and each passing day we are amazed at the quality of everything that went into our home.
John is one of Brooksons greatest assets. He’s a builder extraordinaire. Organized and thorough! Not too impressed with the warranty department but overall we’re happy with Brookson. We own a beautiful home in a beautiful neighborhood and we have Brookson Builders to thank for that.

We had our home built in 2017 from the ground up. They did a great
job. Any problems we had were addressed and fixed. They worked
very hard to make us very happy and they did a great job following
through w/ their word. Were mistakes made, yes but, they were fixed
right away. They worked very hard to get us in on time. The delay was
not there fault. Due to rain and a hurricane, our grass had to come
from another state (they were finishing laying the grass the day we
moved in). All the subs they use have worked very hard to make us

Overall we had a great experience with Brookson. The two area that weren’t 5 stars were the warranty follow up and closing date. Both of these areas were significantly delayed. However, they were always great about fixing problems and addressing concerns. We are happy home owners of a beautiful Brookson home.

Our house was built in 2017. Overall, they did a pretty good job. An independent inspector indicated the house was built very well. The house itself is beautiful and incredibly designed. The area which needs improvement the most is communication. Warranty issues and the initial walk-through were problematic but after a few back and forths with them, it was all resolved. We are happy with our home and live in a great neighborhood!
