After two decades in the home building industry, Steve Sagerson decided to create Legacy Classic Homes so he could pursue his own vision of what a true custom home building company could be. I really wanted to focus on the creative and customer service aspects of the custom home building process. I've always loved helping buyers visualize their dream.
Legacy Classic Homes, and in particular Steve Sagerson made our custom home building experience elevated to a level that I did not even know was possible. I have had two custom homes built in my life, so I had an "idea" what the process would be. From day ONE, Steve was so very professional, informative, focused, and really had a precise timeline that matched reality.
While many home builders in the DFW area will tell you they are willing to build a home on an owner's lot, we actually specialize in building true custom homes on our owner's lots. We can also help clients locate that perfect lot to build their dream home on. We also build detached garages and guest houses!
