Fernando and his crew replaced 2 roofs for us. Our residence and a rental that we own. His attention to detail, workmanship and attitude insured a top notch job. He even had to resolve the issues that arose from replacing 2 skylights including solar blinds. I am in the home remodeling business so I understand the ins and outs of the trades. Fernando was always approachable and accommodating. The biggest issue we had to deal with was the RAIN and all the complications that arose. Given this problem, Fernando did the best he could, never leaving the roof or house vulnerable to the elements

After the ice storm we noticed water damage to our roof. We called Certified Roofing Services and Fernando was in the area and was able to come out the same day. Thankfully, it was a vent issue and not a roof issue and Fernando took care of it that day. It was fantastic that we didn't have that issue hanging over our head (pun not intended) for weeks while we waited for people to call us back.

Certified Roofing Services is your first and only call for roofing needs in Portland. Fernando is the best in the business and his team is exceptional. We've used him for two projects and I would hire him again in a second. He goes above and beyond, is super transparent around the work that he is recommending, and uses the best materials. After the job was over, they left my property cleaner than it was before they started. Crazy. Not to mention that Fernando and his team are incredibly nice people. Love these guys. I reached out to CRS to address a leaking plumbing stack vent that was causing water damage to bathroom ceiling/walls. CRS and Fernando responded promptly and Fernando confirmed the problem, and identified some other issues, as well, that could have caused damage over time. He was able to schedule/complete my repairs quickly to limit any additional water damage. Fernando is very professional, takes time to explain issues and options, and provides high value for what is charged. Highly recommend this company.

Fernando is simply the best at what he does and not only for roofs but more. He did our roof in our last home this summer and we could not have been more pleased.
