His motto was customer satisfaction and he delivered. Pricing was excellent, however, I was more interested in follow through, it was also excellent.

Of the three other local asphalt contractors, his bid was most thorough and most reasonable. Upon accepting Nor Cals bid, Jacob got me scheduled right away. He communicated with me on the day of the job, and he and the crew were on time and totally professional.

Jacob was a delight to work with. He understands customer service even thru this pandemic. He and his entire crew where prompt , professional and the results show his commitment to quality. I’ve had a lot of problems with supply chain issues and broken promises from construction workers over the last 18 months. Jason was a breathe of fresh earth. He did as he said and when he said it. Refreshing!!!!!

Had this company seal cracks and put slurry on large driveway in Pleasant Hill. Very disappointed with the job. Many small cracks remained unsealed and seal coating was extremely thin resulting in underlining marks and seals showing through like a road map. Looked pretty bad and the owner did not even ask me to check out the job when they finished. Just sent a worker for the payment and left. I had to go to local Home Depot and buy several additional cans of seal and spread it myself in order to get the driveway surface to look decent. Buyer beware with this company!!
