After attempts with several other appliance repair companies, they were the only one that answered the phone or returned a phone call and could provide prompt service. Mike, the service tech was professional, friendly, and apparently properly diagnosed and repaired the problem.

I called on a Wednesday and the showed up a few hours later, diagnosed the problem with my fridge that day and ordered the parts. That Saturday I got a call from what I thought was a robot, but it was actually Lisa, their...person who calls to schedule. After hanging up on her and getting a call back right away, I had a tech to my house again in a few hours to complete the repair.

I called this morning and spoke to Lisa She scheduled a same day afternoon appointment. Lisa called to let me know Thomas was on the way. Thomas was very thorough and he fixed my dryer on the spot. He answered all of my qiestions concerning the issues with my dryer. He even took the time to clean up his work space when he finished the repair. We called about a dishwasher leak and the initial service call was $85 for 15 minutes.
Thomas (the owner mind you) completely ignores the information I’m providing about what happened and merely visually inspects the door seals. After they “check out” he runs the dishwasher for 5 minutes and sees nothing leaking. You’re good, no worries. … That’ll be $85.
On the way to the door, he mentions “the service call fee covers you for 30 days, if the issue occurs again just give us a call”. Wait, what? “Are we good or not?” I ask. Well, if I

Very impressed with this company. Lisa, in the Office, Great! Very friendly, efficient and communicative. Thomas the Technician is extremely knowledgeable, fast at diagnosing the your equipment issue, friendly, and polite! Nice cleanup following the repair.
