I would not use these people. They scammed me for work done on one of my rentals when in fact the repair had not been done. Francis walked in the front door, heard the refrigerator and knew immediately what was wrong with my LG. He ordered the part and did the repair professionally. I was warned. This Whirlpool top-loading washing machine was purchased for $250 brand new. What happens when you call for a repair? You are told that the technician will charge you an $85 fee to look at it and then they will apply that cost towards the cost of repair...
Technician arrives, looks at the some websites for about 15 minutes and then says he'd like to try replacing the harness first for something North of $400... What? Try?
So, they could "try" anything they want at any price they want, because they are going to walk away with $85 of your money in about 20 minutes as soon as you say

I arranged for a diagnostic on my refrigerator because the freezer had stopped cooling just three days before Thanksgiving and repairing the ice maker. The representative arrived, checked the temp, noted that it was warmer than it should be, connected the existing line to the water outlet, turned on the ice-maker and then attempted to collect payment. I told him that I had previously connected the ice maker with no success and that I still had no info on the freezer. He said to call Friday (two days from then) if things weren’t working properly. An hour later it was obvious that neither were

Had a warranty repair for my refrigerator so the warranty company set me up with this company. It’s been a terrible experience. They told me they had to order the part and it would 1-2 weeks. 2 weeks went by with no follow up. I called and they said they’d check on it. No follow up. It’s a month now so I called again and am waiting for a call. I hope to never do business with them again.
