Best service ever!!
My refrigerator got broken and the warranty people said someone can come in 72 hours.
I decided to do it private and contacted this guy.
The repair guy was so nice and understanding. He came in a few hours and found the problem in no time!

Took my phone call immediately and helped diagnose the problem. This ultimately lead to me needing to purchase a new washer due to the age and issue. He recommended certain brands and told me which ones to stay away from. He didn't even make any money on this and still took the time to help me.

I called Nier on a Sunday. he knew he didn't have time to fix my refrigerator on an emergency basis. Even so, he took the time to walk through the steps to resolve the issue with my LG refrigerator compressor (which he informed me was the subject of a class action lawsuit). He saved me many hours of investigation and a lot of time by simply Sharing his knowledge. He's a patient and caring man and I recommend his company highly.

I called Hero appliance repair after having a horrible time with Chris at Charleston appliance repair who showed up, did a cursory exam, told us defrosting the fridge would probably solve the problem, then charged us $125 and left. Defrosting didn't fix the problem and when I called him again, I got the runaround, so I called Hero appliance repair instead that evening. Nir (pronounced near) said he'd be here the next morning.
He was on time, examined the fridge thoroughly, made a minor repair (which he thought might help temporarily) and told us exactly what was wrong and what to expect going
