SaniCare's high-pressure, hot water unit, "The Turbo", gives you the power of pressure washing without the mess. SaniCare cleans at 800-4200 PSI (pressure per square inch) while vacuuming at the same time. Indoor high pressure cleaning of tile and grout is the newest, most effective method to clean hard floor surfaces like ceramic, quarry, or porcelain tile, and other residential and commercial flooring materials.
We provide in-plant specialty rug cleaning for Navajo, Turkish, Afghani, Persian, Oriental, and other hand-woven rugs as well as animal hides, and machine made rugs. Oriental and area rugs are made with delicate materials such as wool, silk, cotton, or a unique blend and synthetic materials, so we need to correctly analyze the construction, condition and utilize the appropriate cleaning process.
This step identifies fabric make-up, construction, dyes, special concerns, and considerations. At this time we make suggestions or qualify the outcome of the cleaning as well as determine which cleaning method is the most suitable for each individual rug. The cleaning process (separating the soil from the rug fibers).

Visible and invisible dry soil in your rug causes rapid rug wear. SaniCare uses several methods to remove dry soil depending on its construction and durability. Dye colors in rugs are tested to assure that color bleeding will not occur. If colors fail the dye stability test, the rug is treated with a dye lock to assure that bleeding does not occur.

While I appreciate the effort to get my grout cleaned I was thoroughly disappointed with their service. I emphasized repeatedly that my main goal was the grout. At the outset I was told it could be done (albeit not perfectly) to my satisfaction. The end state was my tile was actually in worse shape than when the job was initiated. There were/are multiple scuff marks throughout the house from the hoses and other equipment drug throughout the tile floor. This was because they started at the far end of the home and ultimately did not complete the job, thereby leaving very noticeable marks in the foyer

This is my 2nd experience with SaniCare. The 1st time, they cleaned a sofa and loveseat and cleaned my brick tile flooring. Today was sofa and loveseat again. They do great work, and they show up when they say they will. Professional, responsive, organized, and very customer focused. I highly recommend this business, and will definitely continue to patronize this business.

Professional response when initial work product (cleaning area rug) didn't meet standards. I had used for renewing brick floors and was very pleased with results. The owner holds all employees to a high standard and lets them know they are responsible for providing quality customer service. I would use again as prices are reasonable and is a local small business.

This is my 3rd incredible experience with SaniCare. They are extremely professional, knowledgeable & accommodating. I called on a whim and they picked up my rugs a few days later, returning them the same week! Upon arrival, they offered to help me unroll my rugs & rearrange furniture. I can't say enough good things about this company! From the estimate to the finished product, everyone was very professional, friendly, informative, helpful and honest. (Some things would not come out as I had hoped, but they told me that from the beginning.) That said, the Fiona Stone floor and grout came out better than I thought it would! They did a great job of removing 16 years of dirt and patched up several areas that had cracked grout. While they were here, I asked if they could clean 2 upholstered chairs. They did that at the same time and they look terrific! My Chinese rug is still with
