Service department is always really helpful and will explain things, or get a mechanic to explain things, if you ask. Prices are extremely reasonable and I trust them with my car! Finding a local place that I trust and doesn't overcharge you for things or tell you that you need things you don't is amazing.

This was my first time EVER going to a dealership without my dad or another male because a lot of salesman try to get over on women, but I felt very comfortable at Matthews Motors. Alex and the team at Matthews Motors made our family's car buying experience the easiest and quickest it's ever been. We took 2 of our vehicles in to be serviced. Elise was very professional and checked us in quickly. She kept us updated during the servicing and explained everything that needed to be done. Easiest car buying experience ever. Very large inventory of newer used cars. 132 point inspection of my purchase, detail cleaning, touch up of minor paint imperfections, lifetime drivetrain warranty at no extra cost for vehicle 5 years old or less, AND they take care of everything. Paperwork was easy, and they order the new license plate so you don't even wait in line for that. Long time family owned business and it shows. Very caring and thoughtful staff all around.
