TERRIBLE!! Do not buy from these people! Bought a truck and 2 days later truck had problems. They took no responsibility and wanted me to pay for the fix. I called up to landmark to talk to the manager/owner because my salesman was “out of town” and couldn’t take phone calls so I called up there and guess who answered but none other than my salesman. Liar! He’s the owner son and probably wouldn’t have a job anywhere else if it wasn’t for his dad owning the place. Owner is a decent guy but needs to take control of his salesman and managers up there. I’d fire the whole place and start

This business knows how to get the trucks you are looking for! I was looking for a heavy duty diesel pick up. They had several trucks to check out from the major brands. After checking out several different trucks on the lot, then waiting over the weekend to decide, the perfect truck showed up online the following Monday! Deal done!! Thank you to Al and Miguel! Update on review: When Al got back he did take the time to review the phone calls we had with the staff and address the situation with them. He also called me to explain and apologize. Still not happy with the experience but I thought it was very thoughtful for him to take the time to try to resolve the situation. Sounds like they are trying to make improvements.
Buyers BEWARE the competence level of this office is very low with the exception of Al. They were very nice and helpful until the end. Al was great to work with and told my husband and I that he was going to get us a lower rate with one

I have a laundry list of reason why this is the absolute worst business and customer service I have ever encountered!

1. They're Liars!
-I contacted these people about a truck my husband was interested in. They told me that they sold it that morning and wanted to send me other options. However without my husband knowing I contacted them, he called 3 days later and they told him that exact same truck was also sold that morning. What they had on the website was essentially clickbait, just to send you want over $10,000 more expensive.

DO NOT BUY HERE PLEASE READ: I waited a year to write this review so you will not make the mistake I made by Buying a truck from these people. You may find that other costumers are satisfied with their rigs on these reviews which has happened yes. However , this luck is only based on the fact that it was a good truck before Landmark got their hands on it. It has no reflection on their willingness or even pride they have in their inventory. In short, you are taking a gamble in every vehicle you buy from here and 2: Landmark will do whatever they can hide any issues their vehicles have.

We bought a 2015 Chevy 2500 HD, they had great pricing, and we had a great overall experience. Al was very professional and friendly. We definitely recommend Landmark Auto!

My husband bought a used GMC Sierra Truck from Landmark and he absolutely loves it. He shopped around for months to find a reliable vehicle that had the power to tow all his trailers and equipment, this truck is great. And what is even greater is the deal we got from Landmark. Even our bank loan rep said we got a good deal and valued the vehicle 4 to 5 thousand over the amount we paid for it. If we need another vehicle in the future we will definitely check with this dealership first.

Bought a 2012 cummins 4*4 decent price test drove it and drove good except for the big tires it had that made it a little shaky when going fast. Also told them it made a little pop noise they told the mechanic and checked front suspension said ecerything looked good and didnt see any problems Gave half in down paymnt and financed the rest. But 20min after taking it home truck did the death wabble going 70 mph almost had an accident when i was heading home on 40 w. Took me out of road so i had someone follow me with the hazard lights and took it back was driving like 40 on my way back and did

Not even 30 days and there was issues with the car. I called the dealership, warranty company and financial company letting them know what was going on and the dealership first said I needed to get a diagnostics. We got the car looked at twice and it's the valve on the engine. We tried asking them if we could take it back so they could fix it and they threatened to take the car away if we didn't pay our first payment even though it was only 30 days and texted us instead of calling us back. The warranty they gave us just happens to only cover the "bottom of the engine". Got another
