The only place I trust for leather sofa’s and chairs. Fair pricing, excellent customer service and knowledgeable, helpful sales personnel.
Experienced friendly greeting by Dave Burkett followed by honesty and helpfulness. Natuzzi is like 16 weeks out therefore we were offered a loaner sofa and chair along with delivery of an gorgeous TV stand/cabinet within a week of our move-in date in Naples. Delivery was smooth and sofa and chair are “no joke”; not like sitting on Orange crates.
Called for follow up in July and Victor picked up call ( Dave had day off) and again I was met with experience

If you're looking for a REAL leather sofa, chair, loveseat or sectional this is the place to go. When you do go ask for Sebastian. He is knowledgeable, kind, and has the utmost patience. We sat on every sofa in the place ( which is quite large with a great selection) asked a million questions and were treated the way everyone wants to be treated when making a major purchase. He is not pushy or hovering, just right there when you need him to give information so you can make an informed decision. This is not a high pressure, sell no matter what kind of store. The impression Sebastian left on us was

Take your deposit of 50%; give you a delivery date 10-12 weeks; delivery date passes and never hear anything; call to check where order is and they tell you running a little behind; another month goes by and they ask if you want to cancel; tell them you waited this long you will continue to wait; give you new delivery date for 8 weeks; again you call to check so they set up delivery; delivery date and time passes so you call again; their truck broke down so someone will call back and reschedule delivery; call about why no one has bothered to keep you informed; no one takes responsibility; ask for

This store went above and beyond to find a replacement key for a piece of furniture that I did not even purchase from them!!!
