Owner/Operator, Eric Funnell, has lived in the Antelope Valley since his teens. After several years of success with his first company - Funnell Handyman Services - Eric launched Renew Restoration. I personally dealt with Eric, Arnie, and John and I have nothing but positive remarks for this company and the team. They were quick to respond to my issue and came the same day to conduct their preliminary inspection to gauge the situation. I called renew when I noticed water damage. Eric was very polite, and reassuring about his ability to fix my issue. He sent his employee Arnie out that Monday. Arnie was great. He kept in contact when I had general questions on my repair. He was on time, and a pleasant. I’m always worried that I might get scammed when I hire someone to fix something on my home, but I definitely do not feel this way about this company. Selecting this group was by pure chance. But I was so fortunate to have them. I was blindsided by a sewage leak that created untold damage. Then old linoleum was found under my ceramic tile that was found to have asbestos backing from the early 80s. As an older woman on my own, all of this was overwhelming physically and emotionally. Arnie at Renew Restoration is such a professional and does amazing work. I’m very impressed with how they handled our mold removal. Arnie responds at all hours of the day with any questions and was very communicative. His reporting is extremely thorough. He ensured we wouldn’t be without our main living areas for very long. Eric and his team did a great job in a bathroom I am remodeling. We unexpectedly had an issue. Eric was able to get out to the house almost immediately and take care of it.
