I had a pipe break which flooded my bathroom and bedrooms. I got home from work at and there was a lot of water and must have been running all day. I called the 911Restoration and they had a crew there in 30 minutes that started getting the water out. I didn't really know what needed to be done cause I had never had a flood but they explained the process very well and I felt comfortable with everything. They were in touch and communicated with my insurance company the whole time and my insurance paid for everything. Not a fun situation for me but they did a great job and were very professional

My rental property recently had a pipe burst and I called 911 Restoration to do the repair. The crew was great! they came out and gave me a detailed quote and let me know exaclty what they would be doing and the time frame. Everything was completed in a timely manner and they did a great job repairing the damaged drywall. They set up fans to make sure all the mold was removed. I would highly recommend using these guys to any home damage.

I had a pipe burst in the kitchen that flooded downstairs, I was able to get them in immediately and they did a great job of saving our hardwood floors and drying everything out. They also talked directly to my insurance adjuster to help that process along.They were professional, quick and clean. I hope I never need to again but if I have to I wouldn't hesitate using 911 Restoration again.

When I had two inches of water in my house, I knew I had an emergency. Fortunately, I called 911 restoration my first call and they really are Truly the Best. They would have told me how to turn off the water but I new how to do that from plumbing repairs I had made last year. The 911 Restoration technicians arrived about 30 minutes later and started the water extraction and then the drying process. They worked with my insurance company and I my floors and baseboards and walls were like new. This isn’t something that happens very often but when it does, a fast response is essential. I’ll recommend
