Leonard and Michael were such a great help to me. My english bulldog decided to act up and pee on my couch. Leonard coordinated with Michael to get him at my apartment first thing in the morning! The equipment was all hand held, so no need to have hoses pulled in from the truck. Michael got the stain out completely and Lizzy is now allowed to have her couch back :) I would highly recommend Chem-Dry by Leonard with any cleaning needs in your home or work place. This is the third time I've used ChemDry by Leonard and I've never been disappointed. They come on time and do a fantastic job. I have cats and I have a lot of friends with cat allergies, yet they all say my house doesn't trigger their allergies. In addition to eschewing carpet, I think the lack of allergies are because I regularly get my area run and sofas cleaned by ChemDry by Leonard.

Provided quote by phone instead of in writing. I was very specific on the phone in terms of square footage as well as the material and size of an area rug and received a competitive quote.
Day of appointment, technicians arrive an hour late, and it goes downhill from there. The technician providing the quote starts adding up numbers that are more than 2x what I was quoted, but the worst part was how disrespectful and patronizing he was.

The ChemDry process doesn't saturate the carpet like a normal shampoo system. Resulting in a dry time in about 4 hours. Michael the tech first vacuumed, spot sprayed dirty areas, used the carbonated cleaning solution onto the carpet, next was a rotary scrubbing machine to lift the dirt up, and final two step cotton scub to dry and pickup any remaining surface dirt. Very impressed at how efficient and thorough the cleaning went and the clean fresh look and smell.

Great job by Chemdry. Thanks to our technician Mike for doing a super job cleaning all our area rugs. Leonard was very helpful when i called for a quote and to set up the appointment and he answered all my questions very patiently. I received a reminder call the previous day and Mike called 20 mins before arriving. Arrived on time, wore a mask and shoe covers as he inspected all the rugs. Gave me a cost breakdown prior to the cleaning. Was very professional, responsible and cleaned up after.

Easy to schedule and definitely most reasonably priced after calling around to several other cleaners. However, the cost was higher when they got to my house than what they had originally quoted. We had Mike come into our house during COVID, and it seemed like he tried to take precautions. He originally was only wearing a face shield, and we asked him to wear a face mask which he was happy to, but he did take the face shield off. Requested quote from their well constructed website: specified number of stairs, dimensions of carpeted areas and sizes of area carpets with total square footage tabulated. I always book them to clean my couch. They do a great job and are professional and on time or sometimes early, which is great to me. It's also so much faster than me doing it with my little Bissell Spot Bot. Having a child with 2 dogs in an apartment is a guaranteed mess everyday so I'm glad I can rely on them to get my couch cleaned quickly and throughly.

Mike and Kevin cleaned our 2 bedroom apartment yesterday afternoon and we are very happy with the results. Not only were they able to come a little earlier than we had originally scheduled, they were friendly, professional, and finished in about 90 minutes. The carpets were mostly dry within a few hours and by the next morning totally dry. I didn't have that high of hopes as our carpets are fairly old but they removed a few old wine stains and the major traffic areas are much improved. Very reasonable prices and they deserved a good tip. Will happily recommend and use again!

I believe Michael was my technician- he was absolutely great! Without having me to request, he immediately put on some shoe coverings before he entered my home - and I absolutely appreciated that! He was a pleasure to have around and he did a phenomenal job cleaning my two sofas.

Leonard saved the day twice in a week! I am a personal concierge, and I contacted Leonard last week after a client's cat peed all over her 100% silk rug. I needed help fast - Leonard called me back right away and clearly sympathized and understood the urgency. He shuffled things around so one of his best technicians could come the very next day since silk is more difficult to clean. Michael was as friendly as he was efficient. No more smell, no stain, and I appreciated the recommendation to add scotch guard services.

A few months ago, my girlfriend and I were lamenting the state of our couch and almost gave up hope on it. Our poor cat had had some accidents on it, and despite our intensive cleaning afterwards, it still seemed like there was some lingering unpleasant scents.
