From Maria in the office to Ruddy the contractor to Tim the carpenter, these folks made sure that not only was my repair done right but done safely and over the top. They strive to make sure you aren’t just happy. They want to surpass your expectations. We are so happy with the service DryZone provided. We hired this company to clean up concrete dust which completely covered the inside of our garage and all of its contents. Rudy came out to assess the situation and gave us a reasonable proposal and reassured us that the cleanup would be done in a safe manner. Julio, Derek and Doug performed the cleaning services to perfection. They were timely and professional, and used HEPA filtered equipment and air cleaners. They cleaned the dust off every single item in the garage with care, and the entire floor was spotless. We highly recommend. Thank you

What a great job DryZone has done in our home with mold remediation. We liked that the employees of DryZone are employees of DryZone and not subcontractors. The mold remediation group of guys were in the home for 4 days clearing and cleaning the rooms and areas which were identified with compromised air quality. Tim, Rodney and Travis were a delight to have in our home for the project. They were extremely courteous and thorough ensuring their job was completed at the highest level. Great Company that stands behind their work. I needed some mold remediation on a building and received four quotes. They were the lowest, the second lowest was almost $2,000.00 more and the highest was $7,000.00 more. After, they finished we failed the post test.....Dry Zone paid for the failed test, then came back out and work another 4 days. We then past the mold test. I was expecting them to charge me for the extra work but they didn't. Not many companies left that guarantees their work. Also, the major price difference. We recently found a roof leak that had not been obvious but after inspection was definitely been a problem for a long time. Our builder was fantastic in developing a remediation plan. First was to bring in Dry Zone and removing the damages and addressing the mold problem that was the result of the leak.
Dry Zone did an absolutely outstanding job. They were meticulous as they partitioned off our home and set about to eradicate the mold. They were attentive to our needs, punctual and fastidious in their work. Both Stephen and Shawn were respectful and a delight to have in our home.

We had a multiple unit water loss due to a water line bust. We called DryZone and Jody had her team on the way in no time. Mike Henderson, Julio and their team were great to work with. I work for a community management company, and we hired DryZone to clean the carpets throughout our office. We've had a few other companies do this for us before, but DryZone did the best job by far! There have been stains on the carpet for years that other companies could not get up, but they removed every one of them. Our carpets look pretty much brand new! My husband and I enlisted DryZone to assist us following extensive water/mold damage to our home. After interviewing 3 local companies, we choose them because their staff is responsive and professional. Additionally, the estimate was reasonable and they have a good reputation. To date, the first stage has been completed. The water damaged areas were removed and the mold was successfully treated. The work was done very efficiently and thorough. The technicians treated our home like it was their own, being very respectful of our property and belongings. We are now preparing for the restoration phase
