Craig is absolutely amazing! Walks you through the process and answers all questions! We had hail damage on 4 vehicles and the PDR crew did an absolute awesome job on our vehicles. Our roof replacement is in the works but no doubt that the outcome will be the best. Would definitely and highly recommend them!!

I had hail damage on my truck and Joe was able to have insurance cover all the damage done. They provided a rental that was delivered to my work which made things very convenient for me. I’ll definitely be using Revive again for hail repairs in the future, they were a pleasure to work with.

Hands down best dent repair in dallas area. I live in McKinney and both of my cars CRV and Wrangler hit by hail storm and dented. I approved "Revive" and they have hassle free process. They did my cars one at a time and up until both my cars were done i could keep the rented car. They have excellent team and very responsive on calls. First of all , my experience with Revive could not have been any better. If I could give them 10 stars I would ! Trey was kind, helpful and made the process so easy. The staff in the office, including Brianna and Austin, were very knowledgeable and helpful with everything I needed. Revive was courteous and professional from day one. My roof had some hail damage and needed to be replaced. Brendan and Connor walked me through and explained every step of the replacement process. They made sure I understood everything from beginning to end and most importantly, made sure I was completely satisfied with the end result. Which I was! They did an incredible job. Had a bad hail storm come through recently and 3 out of 5 vehicles were badly damaged. They did a fabulous job on my vehicle, so they earned our business for the other 2. They picked up our vehicles, and brought them back. They contacted our insurance company and filed the claim for us! Awesome customer service, and Bless their salesman Jeff... for on the day he knocked on my front door, I looked crazy with a screaming baby in the background and had 3 big dogs barking their heads off and my husband had just left the house for work. I practically yelled at him to "Please come back tomorrow

The hail storm that hit at the end of March was my first experience with the kind of damage such storms can cause. Two of my cars were damaged and the insurance company wrote up some quotes and gave a couple of recommendations as far as shops. As you can imagine, there were several attempts by various auto hail repair shops to solicit the business. One actually left a handwritten note on a sticky saying "sorry about your car, please call me...". I thought this attempt to gain my business by fooling me into thinking they hit my car, was low and lacked integrity, but I digress.

Paul over at Revive Auto Hail Repair took care of me and my Tacoma. We moved to North Texas after I got a new job and were not at all accustomed to the weather. Hail started destroying my Tacoma on a trip to Krogers and we did everything we could to hide from it. When hiding didn't work we started looking for a repair company to help us out.
From helping me get the right rental to COVERING MY DEDUCTIBLE and helping with what my insurance wouldn't cover. These guys are on top of it. Paul communicated way better than my insurance

These guys were fabulous and helpful, and I can't believe how they battled with my insurance so well and got them to pay for what was fair after the insurance initially quoted me half of what if ended up costing. They were such wonderful advocates and really maximized my deductible. I thought I wouldn't be able to afford to have everything fixed, but they fixed EVERYTHING and it's FLAWLESS!
