Douglas was fabulous. They installed a new dishwasher for my son's house. But nothing was standard and they built a cabinet around the dishwasher, put a butcher block on the top and recessed it all flush.
Fantastic work easy to work with. Understood exactly what I wanted to be done.
On time, great work and reasonable price.
Amazing they did exactly what they said they would do.

I had a very good experience with Shoreway plumbing. I got 3-4 quotes to replace my 74g tank heater without recirculation with a tankless unit with built in recirculation. I worked with Douglas Lopez, who was great! Their quote was not the lowest, but competitive. Douglas pointed out clear and understandable shortcomings of my top tankless selection and showed why my second choice fit my needs better. Having planned to replace our gas tank water heater with a tankless one i was on a lookout for a reliable and Manufacturer certified contractor that could do the install for us. Came across Shoreway Plumbing (amongst many others) and i would say i am super impressed with their work.
Called them for a visit so that they could establish an estimate of work and cost involved. Reggie showed up during the agreed upon window and helped me walk through the installation procedure, the parts that would be needed and all the minute details as well that could possibly be needed for the job.

Shoreway Plumbing replaced our old gas water heater with a new energy efficient heat pump hybrid water heater. This required relocation of the water heater to the other side of the garage with extension of the water pipes and addition of the electrical hookup. Through the entire process they were very professional, prompt, and explained everything well. Their workmanship was high quality and we are very satisfied with the results.
