I'm very pleased with the new 16'X7' door which was installed today by Dustin E of PDQ.
The cost of the door included not only the door but all new Springs, Pulleys, Rails and Outer Seals. It also included the demo and disposal of all the Old door etc.
Dustin did a great job and was in and out in less than 4 hours.

Casey was awesome from first call made. He knew we were in need to get the repair done even though it was the day before New Years eve. He scheduled Dustin for the next day. Dustin was an absolute professional. Polite and clean TOO! He explained everything he needed to do, updated as he did it. He inspected everything and showed us what to look out for as the door was aging. Absolutely would recommend to others.

The folks at PDQ were great to deal with. The pricing for our installation was given to us right up front. The installation was timely and professional.
They did a great job of communicating through the entire process. Our new belt drive openers are extremely quiet compared to our old units. I would highly recommend them.

Listen... I hate nearly every service provider I've had in my entire homeownership. So this shall not be taken lightly.... this was amazing. From start to finish. I ordered on the website, scheduled the install (open slots within a day), someone called me to confirm (pleasant guy even). They showed up in the window they said they would, and were gone without a trace in like 45 minutes. I wish I needed more garage door openers to be honest.

Precision garage door gave me an estimate earlier in the week to fix my door for between $1253.95-$2594.90 depending on if I wanted a basic or best conversion. I wasn’t home to question the cost and my wife had him start the basic conversation before finally reaching me at work. I told her to have him stop and we would get another estimate because that sounded way too high. A quick google search said that I could get a brand new door installed for just a little more than the $1253 quote. When asking the tech about the price of a new door he told her that it would cost around $4,000.

On 08-04-21 I ordered a new garage door from PDQ Doors. I was required to put a down payment of $616 for the door. The remaining balance of $1846 was to be paid to the company upon complete installation. I was told the door would take 6 weeks to arrive from the manufacturer. Nine weeks later, on 10-07-21, the door was installed by PDQ employee Jim Stuntebeck. Jim completed the install of the door, knowing one of the panels was damaged. Jim informed me about the damaged panel AFTER he installed it. He said PDQ would replace the damaged panel, but still required me to pay the remaining balance right

If you've ever come home to see the garage door closed on one side and about 6 inches off the ground on the other, you'll know the urgent need of a garage door service person. I called PDQ on a Thursday afternoon, and by Thursday evening, a young man had replaced not one, but two of my door springs for me. I felt the price was maybe a bit steep, but I also have to say, it was an after-hours call and I hadn't ever called for pricing on a garage door spring. I've used PDQ for years and they have been great to work with (2 different houses). The prices were competitive for replacing our non insulated door with a thicker insulated door. Now our garage stays around 55 degrees in the winter. We had a screeching sound when our would go up and they came right out and adjusted it under warranty at no cost. We've been able to schedule them to come out same day when needed, and the bottom line is, I continue to use PDQ because they resolve the issues I've had with may garage doors and openers and I don't have to worry about it.

I got a call Friday morning that they are running ahead and asked if they could show up sooner, I said absolutely Keith W showed up installed a new garage door opener and rollers and even fixed some screws and bolts on my garage door. thanks Keith

I set an appointment online for Saturday between 11am-1pm. Soon after I received and email confirmation for the date and time. I waited at my house from 11am-1pm, but nobody showed up and nobody called. Finally at 1:30pm I called and the lady who answered was unable to tell me if anyone was coming out to my house and was trying to schedule a Monday service call. Apparently their online appointment system doubles as a garbage-can for customer time. I hung up and took my business elsewhere.

Do not use this company for an opener installation. Bait and switch. After providing the specifics of a low ceiling garage, they assured me that their opener would work and promised a free estimate. Not only was the estimate $1800 but, they charged me a $50 estimate fee and cited their service repair policy. You cannot have a service repair on an opener that does not exist. Rude, nasty manager...
