Great communication. Showed up right on time. Did an amazing job on our move-out clean. It's an old house, and it was pretty dirty after ten years, but it ended up looking better than when we moved in. Rates were very competitive and beyond fair for the thoroughness of their cleaning. Other places quoted much more and had a long list of "we won't clean" items. Nought 2 Dirty did everything for a lower rate, and did an outstanding job. Would absolutely recommend and would hire again. Thank you!

Called and had an on sight inspection within a 1/2 of first contact. We hired this company as she did per project rather than by the hour. I did not want to hire by the hour. Very personable over the phone. My bathroom sliding doors shine! Kitchen cabinets are great. Floors awesome.

I've never hired a cleaning service before -- but Melody came out during COVID to review our apartment and give us a quote for complete "moving-out" type of cleaning. Believe she quoted us between $125 - $150 for our whole apartment and that it would take approximately 4 hrs.

During her walk-through there were some things that concerned me. Like she wasn't sure if they'd be able to clean the tub. It was like standard tub dirty (idk) and I'm pregnant so not supposed to be breathing in harsh chemicals...which is the other reason we opted to hire a cleaning service

They work very fast and on next day I called them so pretty great service. They cleaned my place longer then expected but didn't charge extra. They cleaned my glass so well they ended up cleaning my neighbors on accident lol.

Needed a move out cleaning service and love that Melody is very responsive. She did a walkthrough prior to the cleaning day and gave me the cost of the cleaning. I love how honest and upfront Melody is. She charges by the amount of work she and her team have to do, and not the hours of labor they have to complete.

the day of the cleaning, we still had a few items left in my condo so we were clearing out as Melody, Alma & Karen efficiently cleaned the other areas of the condo. I felt bad because we were sort of in their way but they were scrubbing away everywhere, nonetheless.

I booked a deep cleaning service for a bedroom, bathroom, living room and kitchen. I was quoted $125-$175. I was offered a walkthrough, but didn't have time to do a walkthrough so I booked knowing full well that I would probably pay $175.

The day of the service, I drove across town to meet with the cleaners (I didn't stay at the apt the night before) and met with Chris and another lady. As soon as he walked in, he said that he was told that only the the bedroom and bathroom could be deep cleaned. I was surprised bc the main reason I booked deep cleaning was for the kitchen AND the

I used her services twice for a filthy rental house and she did a fantastic job of saving appliances and a shower enclosure that we thought were unsavable. She saved me more money than she cost me, so I tipped her both times she came out. Highly recommended.

Melody and her crew performed what can only be called a STUNNING TRANSFORMATION on a 2000 square foot home, plus garage and storage area. I am the realtor listing the house. Acting on behalf of a bereaved and overwhelmed family member, I hired Melody to help get it ready.

The owner suffered from a long illness and when she passed, the home was in a state of extreme neglect, not properly cleaned in years, borderline hoarder, and had a rodent issue. There was also a great deal of animal hair and other animal leavings. It was a dirty, difficult job.

Cleaning was superb and her enthusiastic can do attitude made my tight deadline less stressful. I love working with people who are passionate about what they do. She was also very patient with payment because I had a little delay with my venmo account set up. I have made two referrals already.

Melody returned my request for a quote within an hour. She has a sense of humor and a professional routine, which put me at ease. She came to my rental house for a walk-through and gave me a firm quote and included the full detailed scope of what deep cleaning included. She put a date & time in the calendar before leaving, and explained how she would take before & after photos to share with me, as I would be at work.

Melody and Chris did an amazing job on our house! We are just getting everything ready for AirBnb, and they Deep Cleaned the entire home. The attention to detail to incredible, and everything from the ceilings to the base boards is sparkling. Highly Recommended!!

I moved into my little house a little over a year ago. While I keep up with the day to day cleaning, it feels much harder to fight the dust and cobwebs that pile up. I needed a little house reset. And Melody truly delivered! Not only does the entire house smell and feel fresh, but my windows are clean, no more dust or cobwebs anywhere and every nook and cranny of the kitchen/bathroom (including the oven!) are spotless. So so pleased with the quality of work. AND Melody made sure to come do a walk-through ahead of time to give an estimate and survey the level of work required. Highly recommend!
