Sewer emergencies can be traumatic on your family and can't wait because of the risk of property damage, leakage and odor build-up.

Contact us 24 hours a day, seven days a week to get back-ups, leaks and clogs diagnosed and repaired. Budget Sewer is the right company for you if you need sewer line work done for the best price. Services
When you have problems with your sewer, you want prompt attention and expert service. You need Budget Sewer. If you have sewer issues due to waste clogs, grease build-up, tree root intrusion, frozen pipes or other problems, we can help get your pipes and sewer clear and flushing again.
Home and business owners alike count on their sewage system every day to carry waste away from their property. If you notice any issues with your sewer lines, then call us to see how we can get the problem solved. Without the need to excavate, we can use less staff and time to repair your sewage system.
Owner Paul Honeyman founded Budget Sewer in 2000. He has over 25 years of experience in repairing and replacing sewers using leading edge technology to minimize cost and disruption to his client's lawns and lives. Using a combination of video diagnosis and trenchless repairs eliminates guesswork, make repairs more affordable and leaves your lawn minimally disturbed.
Instead of replacing underground sewer pipes, many times pipe relining is a better and more economical option for both homeowners and businesses. Not only is it more cost effective, it is also less evasive, needing only a small hole to access the pipe without the outside mess of digging a trench. Pipe relining can give your existing broken or cracked pipes new interiors that are seamless and durable.
Sewer problems are, shall we say, unpleasant? A functioning sewer is one of those things that you simply take for granted until it's time for a repair. The bad news about repairing these invisible necessities is that they can be difficult for the average homeowner to fix. The good news is that sewer companies like Budget Sewer know exactly what to do and how to do it in the most cost-efficient manner possible.

I replaced my sewer line, including the connection to the city main about 110' overall. Paul and team used both pipe bursting as well as a liner (to the street). When I compared to other quotes Paul's experienced team completed the work in four days, less than 1/2 the time quoted by others. The team includes employees who have worked for Paul for over 18 years and their experience shows up as being efficient, competent and capable. This is hard work and the team worked hard starting first thing in the morning and not leaving till the completed the expected work and closed up any openings. They

Budget did a pipe burst on an old concrete pipe from the 50’s in our Ballard house. They finished before they said they would, left the yard exactly as they found it, and they were 60% cheaper than a company that wanted to trench the line.

I have been a General Contractor for 27 years, we build homes and additions.... so I knew what was in for when the main sewer line at my own home clogged yet again, and had a feeling this time it needed to be replaced. I had put it off because I knew how long and deep it is and that it was going to be a major project. Paul came by, scoped the line and confirmed my suspicions.... what I didn't expect was what came next. I had done some prep work for them, but it was obvious immediately that his crew is experienced and professional. They used a technique called "line bursting" to run the new line

Paul and company responded to a call about a back-up on a line they installed 8 years ago...and they were at my door within a half hour during a Seattle snow day and remediated the issue within 10 minutes before any problems developed inside. These guys are the best and offer a great value and service.

We just used them to replace the main line drain from house to connection. We found them straight-forward, efficient, and cleaned everything up after completing the job. Their bid was one of best, too. They were recommended by our neighbor/friend who is a realtor. Would definitely recommend!

Budget sewer did an excellent job for us. They have all the necessary equipment, experience and ability to take on the work. They work quickly and efficiently, almost making it look too easy. The City inspection was passed with no problems. The damage to the driveway, the deck and the shrubbery was minimal, saving me thousands in repairs. A competitor head wanted to tear up everything but Budget Sewer did minimal damage at a lower cost!

Paul and the entire Budget team are solid, careful, effective, insightful professionals. They designed a solution to my 100 year old side sewer after a complete blockage. Bursting the pipe around 2 90 degree turns with a total run of almost 125', their work preserved my deck frame and saved thousands vs. retrenching. Their bid was quick and fair. I manage field specialists and after watching their entire process end-to-end, there just aren't any suggestions for improvement. I will not ever shop for another sewer & drain company again. Top shelf company.

I called Budget at 7:00 this morning because our side sewer was backing up through the drain in our basement floor. Budget was at the house less than three hours later and took care of the problem by jetting the sewer line. Their fee was comparable to others who have done hydro on our side sewers.

I knew that I'd have to have the line replaced. I'd already had one estimate for $20,000. About three years ago I had the other side sewer line replaced for $16,000. So Budget (Paul? Irish accent) quoted me $10,000 to replace the second side sewer line. He's got the job!

Bid & Pricing: Quick call, onsite visit with Paul followed by a solid written estimate. Priced against several sewer & plumbing competitors. Discussed options including trenchless and traditional.

Scheduling / Duration: Confirmed my bid on a Friday. By Monday, City inspectors were marking the utilities. Budget team broke ground that Friday and had a full 125' trenchless burst pipe replacement reconnected by end of day. Total time from call to operable home - 8 days. Job took 5 days total from start to signoff.

Quality of work / Jobsite: Budget worked smart using a backhoe & shoring

I am a home owner and a landlord, so I have had experience with plumbers and dealing with sewers. Wasn't quiet sure at first about the man of few words. Then he quoted my job, made a couple of jokes and did the best most efficient job ever! He was timely, had hard workers and was the best price outta my 3 bids. Super pleased. I highly recommend Paul and his crew.

Here's the deal. If you're currently reading sewer repair reviews on Yelp, things aren't going very well at your house. I know the feeling. Just call Paul at Budget Sewer. Please. Just call him, schedule them. Get your sewer fixed. Move forward with your homeowning life. No other company in Seattle has the knowledge (or the honesty) that you'll get from Budget.

We spent too long working with other companies, thinking it was normal to fix one section only to have another problem a bit further down the line a few months later. Every company seems to reach their sales goals by

I would like to offer my strongest recommendation for Paul Honeyman and his business, Budget Sewer. Paul’s cheerful nature is matched by his expert knowledge in quickly addressing and fixing even the Really Bad problems like we had. I was especially thankful for his courteous attitude, which always evidences a sure willingness to do what was necessary to make us happy. I'm so happy my neighbor recommended Paul from Budget Sewers. He saved me $10,000 on my sewer repair from my home to the the main sewer line in the street. And his employees were efficient and cleaned up so well that I couldn't tell they had been there. Another telling sign of a good employer is that at least one of the workers has been working for Paul fo 15 years.
If you are an honest person, so is Paul, and a handshake is enough to start the work. Paul is the way to go for trenchless sewer repair.

After having another company clean our sewer pipes of roots, we were told we'd need another $30,000 worth of work done to line our aging clay pipes from the house to the middle of the street. On the advice of an independent sewer inspector, I called Budget Sewer for a second opinion. Paul took a look at our pipes with his scope and gave our pipes a clean bill of health saying they are "100%" If you are looking for an honest opinion, call Paul.

Thank you, Paul!

Paul is the best. I gathered 2 other bids before he was referred to me (by a friend in Ballard) and both were WAY more. They took hours to come out, take video (which they charge for regardless of whether or not you go with them) and assess the situation - which was not really out of the norm as far as sewer replacement. Both warned me that they would have to tear out part of my fence, remove shrubs and sod from yard and I would be responsible for replacing it. Not Paul. He came out on a moments notice - and was even early! Looked at the other videos, read their bids and quoted a price that

Saw a Budget Sewer truck stop in front of my home in Seattle this morning. I thought he was going to work on one of my neighbors sewer lines. Turns out he just wanted to use the Porta-Potty that I had rented for the construction being done on my house. I guess he couldn't drive another two blocks to a gas station. I called Budget Sewer and he said I should have gotten the guy's name...at 7:30 am while still in my bathrobe. I wouldn't hire a company like Budget Sewer that doesn't respect other peoples property and thinks that other's should pay for their crap removal

AMAZING customer service, quick work. My sewer line in my 1926 QA started to back up in the basement and we had the line hydro every 12 months for 4 years. I did this because I did not want to dig up the entire rear yard to replace the line. The last time, the line was falling apart and it had to be replaced. I had 3 bids and 1 company never responded 1 Best Plumbing completed blew me away telling me it would be 20k and I would probably have to tear up the alley. I felt they were praying on me because of my BAD BAD BAD situation.

I was naturally FREAKING OUT because I needed my sewer line. By

Before we moved into our new home, Joey had come out to do a sewer scope. Once we had lived in our new home for about a year, we wanted to have a second look at one of the sewer pipes in the back. We couldn't locate the video online, so Joey came out and did another scope free of charge. He wrote up new paperwork and gave us his honest advice on what he would do. We really appreciated his professionalism, and honestly. He was also very knowledgeable and highly-skilled. We would definitely recommend him!

On one home we were going after, they apparently couldn't make it, so they sent another company in their place. Odd? Yes. But the company they sent was great. We unfortunately did not get awarded that home. So, on

Thankfully, my project was not an emergency. I had time to get a number of bids and to meet with some very incompetent contractors. After all was said and done, many of the contractors were scared off by our project. Besides Budget, two other contractors gave us bids: $14,000 and $18,000. Budget got the work done for $9,000. No cost overruns. No delays. They did the work as bid and on schedule. Get other bids, but hire Budget.

Unfortunately my wife and I had an unpleasant experience using budget sewer. We purchased an old home, had it scoped by a reputable contractor that is not affiliated with a repair company so we could get honest estimates on the longevity of the existing lines and a repair cost.

We called Budget and agreed on a time to meet. On the appointment date they were over 30 minutes late and did not call, so I contacted them I had to leave. When we did meet it was somewhat difficult communicating with the employee about the logistics of the repair. The repair bid did fall on the high side of the previous

Check out the rest but come back to the best!

After getting four quotes, these guys came in second cheapest but I preferred their attitude. Two Irish guys, everything done by word of mouth and shake of the hand. ;-)

I have to say, when we got quotes, the average job time was supposed to be four days, or thereabouts. Fair enough, I though, given the fact that there was a lot of digging and tunneling to be done... But, they arrived at 7:00AM and were done, two holes, new sewer line pipe-burst through the old line, tested, city inspected and approved and all done by 11:30 the same day!!!! I was

Budget Sewer is the right company for you if you need sewer line work done for the best price. Budget Sewer replaced all of my drain lines with the exception of the larger pipe run before it connects to the city line. They do great work, and although your drain is never unavailable for more than an hour or so, it can take a few days to a week for them to accomplish the job. I'm sure that they would do work in a hurry if necessary. Some plumbing companies will converge a gaggle of people and equipment and work in a flurry, but you'll pay a ton extra for that.
