Chuck was very prompt to reply and showed up when he said he would. I'm a property manager and he went out to one of our rental properties that had a toilet issue. He was honest and straight forward stating that the problem we have isn't what he does. He referred me to another plumber. I really appreciate the time he took to work with me and my tenant. In the midst of a big Seattle weather system, Chuck not only answered the phone but was able to come to our house within just a couple hours. He and Brian identified the immediate issue, cleared the blockage in our driveway drain, and then scheduled a return a few days later to deal with the drain spouts. They gave us suggestions on how to maintain the areas in the future. They were super fast, friendly, and efficient. They gave a reasonable quote and that is what we paid. Brian and Chuck have been out three times, and they are a pleasure to work with. They very clearly know drain systems extremely well, especially with all the older sewer pipes in Seattle. Chuck and Brian did a great job unclogging my driveway drain. They discovered the issue immediately and were dedicated to correcting it along with instructions to prevent the roots from coming back and clogging the drain again. We recently moved into a 97 year old home and needed someone to clean our drains and also to let us know if we had anything major to worry about. Plumbing emergencies are one of those nightmares you hope you never have to face. I've heard such HORROR stories. The Pipe Doctor recommended GreenLake Sewer so I checked out their reviews here. These guys are great. They are timely, knowledgeable, not too spendy. It sucks having to worry about your sewer but Chuck and company make the process smooth and easy. My washer drain backed up with water all over the basement from a large load. Called a plumber who didn't find a blockage in the stand up pipe so went to a sewer company they recommended. That sewer company said I needed to do an external drain pipe and jet my sewer, then add a liner for total of 14K. A few other bids did not recommend this and it was totally confusing. All the other plumbing was working fine.

I called 7 different companies and found Green Lake Sewer & Drain not only the most affordable, but also the most responsive. I called in the morning and was offered a site visit in the afternoon. We had some blockage in our gutter drain and are so glad that we spoke with Green Lake Sewer & Drain. Thanks to Chuck and Darius who just left. Super impressed with them. Friday night water started coming up from a drain in the basement, so I assumed that a drain was clogged. Called GreenLake Sewer and Drain on Saturday morning and they arrived less than 1 hour later! They took a look, and quickly diagnosed that the issue was not with the sewer but with the sump pump. Greenlake sewer & drain came to my rescue today (during Covid-19 outbreak, no less) and unclogged my sewer pipe line. Chuck arrived shortly before the 10am appointment & we discussed the house sewer & pipe lines. He promptly got to work with an electric drum-machine pipe auger. After 100+ feet of cable down the drain, he guided through the clogged sections expertly. When he retracted the cable, up came a mass of BABY WIPES (and some old-style mop string) used by someone else living on my street! We tested the sewer line with all the house taps running and it was fully working again
