The service Mark from Columbia Heating & AC provided exceeded our expectations. We reached out after our furnace had been down for a couple days and Mark was the only one able to come out the day of and it was late Friday evening. He came on time and was able to troubleshoot and fixed our issue within 30 minutes. Throughout the whole service, he was very informative, polite and friendly. He wore a mask and took his shoes off upon entering (so polite!). The repair fees were also reasonable and fair, we would absolutely do business with them again and recommend them to others. Returned my call within minutes & fit me into busy schedule in middle of heat wave to look at our a/c unit which quit working. Mark, Owner, was punctual, professional & quickly assessed burned out part. It was fixed within less than an hour. Mark double checked a few elements to make sure everything was working properly before leaving. I have also used them 2 years ago to repair our furnace. Highly recommend.

My service tech Mark was neatly & professionally dressed. He detected the issue with my heat pump quickly and gave me my options. Mark also gave me information on cleaning my inside unit & took the time to make adjustments for me. I cannot say enough about my positive experience with Columbia!

Mark at Columbia Heating will not disappoint you. They provide excellent service, very professional, on time, honest work, and very reasonably priced. Our AC stopped working all of a sudden in the middle of the heat wave, Mark came in the next day and helped us diagnose the issue and offered to fix it the next day after providing detailed quotes and listed what was going to get done. He did excellent work for us and will always use this company from now on. Do not hesitate to contact Columbia Heating And AC, they will do good work.

Mark did a great job for me and a client that I referred to him. He was prompt and clean and organized. Mark didn't gauge me due to the fact it was in the middle of winter when my heater tanked. Another company tried to take advantage of the situation and I wasn't amused. If you want a fair good guy I recommend him.
