K.H. Renovations specializes in providing home buyers with the increased support they need from their contractor when using HomePath financing or FHA 203K financing. As an approved and experienced 203K Contractor we are aware of the many specific regulations, bank requirements, and extra documentation needed to keep an FHA 203K project on track and running smoothly.
K.H. Renovations uses the highest quality products available to fit each budget. During the consultation and design phases of every project we discuss the products that will be used to create the unique improvements that each customer is looking to achieve. Thank you for the wonderful service and work K.H. Renovations staff provided during our renovation project. The sales manager was able to explain the 203K process and provide excellent advice on the renovation work we wanted in our new home. He provided advice and guidance during the process. Trust me, we changed our minds a few times, and he dealt with our crazy back and forth.
K.H. Renovations provides this information to all our customers in accordance with Illinois State Law. The contractor or his or her representative shall also sign and date the acknowledgment form, which includes the name and address of the home repair and remodeling business. The acknowledgment form shall be in duplicate and incorporated into the pamphlet.

This place sucks! Do not use them! Contractors are a dime a dozen!!! Had them renovate 2 of my bathrooms. What a mistake! First of all the guys were an hour late, supposed to start at 8, but didn't start till 9, one day they didn't even show up. Hands out a lot of subcontract work! The owner says he has been doing this for 30 years and this is the first time he worked with this crew. Well how is that my problem!! The guys did mediocre work and charged too much. I asked for billing statements 3 times from the secretary. She never got backed to me. In a way it was a good experience

I am very disappointment in the treatment I received from K H Renovations, Inc. They led me to believe for nearly two months that they were preparing to begin my kitchen renovation project when in reality the only thing they did was to take a deposit from me, make repeated promises to start the job, and ultimately decline to do the work while they kept my money.
