My awning above the front door was damaged from last year's massive snow. Josh and Chris were great to work with and ensured the work was done before the season started so I didn't have any issues. They communicated well, were on time and told me if there are any issues to call them and they will promptly address them. I highly recommend Chitown, they're responsive, fairly priced and professional.

I had a wonderful experience, as Chitown completed my guest bathroom renovation--from switching out the tub to a walk-in tiled shower, to replacing the floors, their work is high quality. What's more the team was incredibly communicative, they kept everything so clean and organized throughout the 2-week project window. Really great value, highly recommend!

I used Chitown Property Services to get my condo ready to sell. After being rented out for a couple of years, the place looked awful - I wanted to cry when I saw it, it was so bad. Chitown was so awesome - they fixed everything - repaired all of the damaged fixtures, drywall, repainted whole rooms, touched up paint elsewhere. The place looks like new! I can't even believe it. Josh and Chris were great to work with too - responsive, hard working, on-time and they did everything I requested. The turnaround time was a matter of days. I'm so happy with the result! Would definitely use them again and

I was very impressed with Josh and Chris' professionalism as well as their work. One of the first things I noticed is that they wore little slippers over their shoes before coming into the house. To me that is a small gesture that communicates in a big way that they are courteous and thoughtful. They were able to quickly diagnose the issue with my toilet. It ultimately needed to be replaced, they were able to get it done the same day. I will use their service in the future and would recommend them to anyone I know.

I had a gate that wasn’t properly anchored into the garden wall. Then the neighbor knocked it out of whack. Before my dogs could get out, I called Chitown and they came out and re-anchored the gate perfectly. They also checked all the hinges and all the mountings. I was really impressed! They did it it smoothly and quickly! I had no idea who to call. I’ll make sure that I use them again! It wasn’t a big job, but they handled it very professionally and made me feel like valued customer!

CPS did some door frame replacement/painting of some of our exterior back doors for our condo building and we were very happy with the results! Start to finish, the process of working with Josh and CPS was great. They were professional, easy to work with and their work was thorough and tidy. They will be on our short list when future repairs and/or updates present themselves.
