I was referred to Empire from a happy family member. Upon meeting with the first rep, Maggie I was confident that the work would be handled professionally. After explaining exactly what they would do for me she wrote up the contract and left it with me, never trying to pressure me or anything. Next the inspector by the name of Tom came by and did his inspection. He informed me of the damage I have incurred and explained to me that he would work directly with my Insurance Company. Upon my Ins Co rep coming to do their inspection, Tom was here again to go over entire house with the adjustor.I received

We had a company STORM LIFE RESTORATION come to our home & offer there service for repairs on hail damage we had on our roof. The sales person had informed us that we would be paying nearly nothing for the repairs & that mostly likely the insurance company would be paying everything. While in the beginning the gentleman that helped us was friendly and helpful it took over a month before he got everything approved. We were sent the first check for the and this is were we started to see less of the sales man once we received a few other checks it was close 11600 dollars & he picked them

In October 2019, Empire Renovation company completed a complete outdoor renovation of my home including roof siding and gaters. The work was done on time with excellent quality. Ivan and his crew did a good job on our hardwood floor installation. I took one star out because it was pricey but worth it. I like how they were in and out in 3-4 days for removal of old carpets and floors and installation of new. The only inconvenience was that they wanted us to go test a tiles they found in our kitchen to make sure they are not asbestos prior removal. All checked fine but was still inconvenient to go with a tile to Neperville testing facility.
