North West Wholesale Pool & Spa is the oldest swimming pool company in Western Canada and has been in business since 1959. North West Wholesale started as a single person operation installing pools in Winnipeg. The story goes the owner's children spent their summers playing at "the beach" (the sandpiles beside the pool installs dad was doing).
Over time, the company has grown to a full retail and wholesale operation focusing on supporting DIY pool owners and pool professionals. In 1994, North West entered the internet age to support pool & spa owners across Canada, the USA, and even the world. We are part of the Independent Pool Group of Canada: a collective of over 60 independent pool & spa providers Canada-wide.

The Staff are excellent to deal with I feel that they really value my business. They had almost everything I need some thing we're out of stock due to Covid but all in all great experience. I have several pool suppliers in my area, far far away from North West Wholesales but I prefer to travel the distance because they have the best pool products in stock. Thank you to the staff.

Good prices and good selection of products. Just found some of the staff not knowledgeable about their pricing or availability of product. So after posting this review I had a response from the owner almost right away. I think this speaks volumes that they care about their customers , great job North West!

Well looked after, ordered via text, order was ready when I arrived and staff brought it out to my car. I forgot to order one item and although I made an error in size/price, John, the manager assisted me and made an adjustment to meet a competitor. Great service! Excellent products. Knowledgeable staff. Have shopped here for years and will continue to do so.
