Having lived in the AV since 1988, We are family owned and operated serving Lancaster, and Palmdale for the past 25 years in nearly all aspects of plumbing. Some of our work includes repair and or replacement of water heaters, leak detection, re-piping, drain services, as well as sewer and plumbing problems with fixtures in the bathroom or kitchen.
We have fixed many garbage disposals and some of the problems we've seen include leaks, jams, and clogs. In some cases we will be able to repair the issue and get your unit working like new again. However, if we determine that it will be more cost effective to replace your unit, we will help you choose a more efficient replacement and install it for you.

We called because we had a faucet leak and then our shut off valves were all broken including the main one to the whole house so they came out and gave us an estimate and said they could come out the next day to do all of the work. They showed up on time, did all of the work, were amazingly professional and kind to my 92 year old Grandpa and they did all the work in one day. It was a big job and they left the place cleaner then when they got there. They even gave him a 10% discount even though it took longer than they thought. They even insulated the outside shut off valve for him. I highly recommend

Frank has come out to our house many times when we've needed him. He has been sincere, honest, funny, and we have come to trust him. My house is old and needs lots of work, but he has never tried to push me to do more than what was immediately necessary. We feel his prices are fair. I did not put punctual, but only because a small business plumber can not always be punctual. He has a job at one house and tries to finish to get to the next, but that doesn't always happen. What I have appreciated is that he has always done a thorough job as quickly as possible. Calling the company is always pleasant

My bathtub drain was draining very slowly, so I called Frank from Keith's plumbing. Frank checked it and determined that my drain pipe was rusted and broken. He removed all the old pipe and replaced it with ABS pipe. It was a lot of work, but Frank did an outstanding job. My tub drain works properly now.
Frank is the only plumber I have used and will continue too.
I highly recommend Frank for all your plumping needs.
I took him approximately 4 hours and the bill was very reasonable.

I've got nothing but good things to say about Keith's Plumbing. They are professional, courteous, reasonable, and overall great plumbers. The first time they came over they provided a free estimate and actually did a couple quick fixes to hold us over until they were able to come out and do the complete job. The prices are fair and they actually fixed a couple of things that I was told were unfixable. Problems I've been dealing with since I moved in. I can guarantee that my water bill is gonna go down because of the service that Frank Sr. and son Frank Jr. provided. I would recommend

So my kids backed up the toilet, and it caused a back up in the sink and bathtub. I called to recommended places and got voicemail for both. Then I called this place, I spoke with Frank, sounded like a nice guy who knew what he was doing. He came the next morning, was very honest and did a good job at a reasonable price!

Frank and his GREAT crew just finished re-plumbing my whole house, and the job they did far exceeded my expectations!! The price he gave me was more than reasonable, materials top notch, and their diligence and workmanship was very impressive!! At the end of this big 2 day job that they did for me, they cleaned everything up so well that it didn't even look like they'd been here. I'd recommend Keith's Plumbing to anyone in need..........
