I have used John Horn twice so far. Once for a total house re-plumb because we had a slab leak. He re-piped the house using the new PEX Pipe and ran it all overhead so as not to have to dig up our slab. What an amazing job he did. Made the least amount of holes he had to in our walls, was very clean, thorough and professional.
He also installed a tankless hot water heater at the same time and removed our old water heater. We just recently needed our sewer snaked and even though it was early evening, he quickly came to our house, snaked the sewer and all was well. He goes well above and beyond the call of duty in my opinion.
I would recommend him in a heartbeat! John went to my friend's home to fix a leak; he was clean, friendly and fixed the leak in the sink area. She wanted her sink fixture leak fixed as well but since it was an expensive fixture he did not want to try to fix it since he was not familiar with the faucet.

We were a few hours away from having a house full of company for dinner and our kitchen sink backed up!I called a few plumbers and wasn't having any luck. Then I came across John and he came right out. He's prompt, professional and kept a clean work area. Plus he's very reasonable on pricing. This guy, love him. He is my best friends dad. I had a friend in need so I called him. He was rude to me. Keep in mind this best friend has been so since 5th grade. I actually felt obligated to tell him I did not want my friend to get a discount, I just knew both parties and felt it a good idea. I did not refer her to him. Ill never refer anyone to him. It's 12:30 on a Saturday night Thanksgiving weekend. Called JHORN because my floor drained was clogged here in my store. He came promptly and worked and worked until problem was solved. Due to it being the holiday weekend and the time I called, I thought for sure it would hurt my pocket. However I was relieved with the bill. Great Service reasonable price and great attitude.

John to the rescue!
Our bathroom tub's handle cartridge failed which meant water was uncontrollably flowing. We researched how to fix it ourselves and for a minute there thought we could DIY this solution. Thankfully (after a trip to Lowe's plumbing section) we came to our senses, consulted yelp, and called John Horn.
To our relief he was available to help us and within an hour of calling on a Saturday afternoon he showed up and took care of the cartridge! We were actually twice as glad we called in a pro because he said lots of calls he gets are people who try to fix this problem
