Our original system installed by the builder was undersized and inefficient. Econowest relocated the exterior units and matched their size to the home along with the necessary upgrades needed to increase the airflow for the larger units.
The installation crew was knowledgeable, respectful, and courteous throughout the process. We were informed when they would arrive each day, and the guys worked overtime to stay on schedule.
From the estimate to the final job walk, this company and its employees were professional and, more importantly, truly seemed to have our best interests in mind.

My husband and I are very fortunate to have been referred to Econo West H&A, when our HVAC unit took a dump on our tenants. It was time to replace it after TLC since ‘97. In my experience, Econo West is a well-run company, with highly competent, friendly and reliable employees. When our furnace igniter failed, we got same-day service. Technician Geoff had the part on his truck. Two days later we had another failure from an unrelated cause. Geoff responded within two hours of my call, diagnosed and fixed the problem at no additional cost. Outstanding!
